Fantastic experience: Couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Grafton barber and haven’t switched barbers shops since. The moment I walked in the atmosphere was clean, relaxed, and welcoming. Id love to mention Monika in particular for her fresh cuts, definitely recommend going to her. Whenever I go there, the cuts I get are clean, textured, and exactly what I hope for and never disappoint. I can tell the barbers there pay attention to detail and genuinely care about their craft. The mid fades I get there are continuously seamless, and the whole service feels unrushed and professional. I'll definitely be coming back. Negative experience: Wouldnt recommend this barbers came to get a skin fade and the guard wasnt even taken off the clippers i dont think this man was qualified or knew what he was doing atall its a disgrace then i got the neck cut of me by the razor i wouldnt think the blades had seen a sharpen or bit of lubricant in a few years i will never come to get my hair cut here again its an absolute disgrace this crowd would take on anyone no training or qaulifications Also told them i did not want anything off the top and he didnt listen seen him coming with the razor and said i dont want anything off again but he still proceeded to cut the top and it ended up short in some spots and longer in others I felt the sharpness of the blunt razor on my neck while in there but it was only when i got into my car that i had noticed it had left big red raw marks on my neck so in the following days i made several call ins to inform the manager or customer service about what had happened but every time i went in i was told the manager wasnt there and would be a different day but when i went in the day that i was told the manager would be there, he /she was nowhere to be seen This is very very unprofessional of this business will not be returning

Negative experience: One of the worst haircuts I’ve had. I asked specifically not to take anything off the length down my neck on the beard, but he took nearly 2 inches off — completely ignoring what I said. The haircut itself was uneven and rushed. For €36, I expected way better. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent barbers. Coming here last few years. I always bring a reference picture and the staff here always do a great job in working with me to achieve to look I'm going for, or slight alternatives/adjustments if necessary. Very friendly and great service.

Negative experience: Left hand barber cannot cut hair, said he can cut long hair was all different lengths and thickness , had to get it fixed up, growing back now all different lengths 1/2 star if I could!! Told him to leave length on it and he cut all length off the back, looks terrible.

Negative experience: Called in during my lunch hour, one staff member working with only one client in front of me. I was next in the queue and ignored for over a 1/2 hour while the staff member socialised with the client and kept looking over at me. In the end I left while they were still engaged in their chat. I'll be going elsewhere where my custom is valued.

Negative experience: This is the worst haircut I have ever recieved in my entire life at a barbershop whatever you do save your appearance and your money and go somewhere else

Negative experience: Went here and asked for an inch of the top, ended up a with an inch left and hair unevenly cut, after that was charged 20 euro for a disaster of a haircut wasn’t even paying attention while cutting my hair was to busy talking to other individuals.
