Fantastic experience: Second time with Jack today with my little boy ( 19 months) to get his hair cut, even though he wasn’t happy this time around. Positive experience: Sat there and made to wait for 30 minutes while others after me were served first. The wait was NOT worth it. If you want a decent haircut try somewhere else.

Negative experience: Appointment booked for 11:00am on a Saturday morning for a 25 minute slot. Arrived at 11:02 / 11:03. I sat there until about 11:25/ 11:30 then I was approached by Natalie and I confirmed I had an appointment for 11:00 where Natalie informed me that because I did not show up for the appointment she did not have time to cut my hair now. It was only later that i noticed an email on my phone received at 11:04 that my appointment had been cancelled. So within a few minutes of my appoinment i can only persume that she had given my 25 minute slot to a walk in customer. It usually takes 15 minutes to cut my hair. Thankfully the chap that offered to cut my hair instead was very polite and gave a much better cut anyway. Needless to say I found the treatment by the above member of staff terrible and I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Waterford and it was my first time going to a barber shop. So I felt like going to "The Barber Shop" as it is situated close to my address. I got my appointment with Cian and he gave me an excellent beard trim with the best skin fade I ever received in a barber shop so far. I will definitely visit this place once every month. I recommend this barber shop to all my friends in SETU to come here for haircuts, beard trim and many more.

Negative experience: Booked in advance to get a haircut like you are supposed to in these covid times. Was sat in there for 20 minutes while 2 walk-ins got served ahead of me apparently because I was booked with the barber who was busy at the time. Staff had poor mask usage so was definitely at greater risk. Would not recommend unless you want poor customer service and a dose of Covid....

Fantastic experience: Genuinely friendly and very professional, Im a regular because of this. My two year old boy did everything he could to not have his hair cut today but despite his best efforts the ladies there made sure he was at ease and gave both of us great hair cuts.
