VIP Barbers

Negative experience: Sad to give this review as my husband and son have been using this VIP barbers since it opened but we will not be back. Just back from getting another barber to fix the mess they made of my son's hair. The barber on Sunday morning not only gave my son an awful, uneven, unfinished haircut, but worse he was extremely rude and arrogant. As they do not like confrontation they left and thankfully another barbers was able to rescue the mess of his hair. We are more disappointed by how he spoke to my 11 year old son and his attitude or we would've asked another member of the team to help. Unfortunately we will not be returning and wouldn't recommend others do incase you get the same treatment.

Fantastic experience: Unfortuney my fiancee didnt have a hair cut. I lost my phone at Buchanan Street bus station and H found it. My fiancee phoned my phone and H answer it. He gave my fiancee all his details to go and pick it up. I was ever so grateful to H for finding my phone. There is still honest people in this world. Thank you again to H for what he did for me.

Negative experience: Wanted a slight shape up, Didn't listen and chopped most of my beard off. Then have the nerve to charge £15 for what was supposed to be 8. Never going back

Negative experience: Not happy with my recent experience here. I’ve been coming for many years for my sons haircut but over the last few times the haircut and experience hasn’t been great on 2 occasions the barbers have given nicks when cutting the hair and razor burns on the back of the neck. My son is only 10 and finds it very painful, I have said to the barber before cutting please be careful and try not to get any cuts or nicks but to no avail. Also I’ve. Noticed the barbers are constantly changing so it’s very hard to get the same barbers who have previously cut the hair nice. Sadly I think I will be looking else where for my son’s haircut. I think retaining barbers is important but this place goes through them always someone new.

Fantastic experience: Best haircut av had in a while

Negative experience: Was in recently and know the barbers were speaking negatively and making derogatory comments about some of the customers in their native language. Not only this but were also making comments about people walking past, females mostly and females who use the nail lady and hairdresser in the shop I know this as I recorded some of the things being said on my phone and have a relative who married someone who speaks this language and have picked up a lot over the years. Want to take our money while mocking us and ogling our women. Not on. highly inappropriate and highly unprofessional. Should not be allowed to speak a different language while working with the public it’s like whispering! Will not be back.

Negative experience: 1 star because of reasonable prices but service was not up to the mark. Barber was quick and didn’t blow dry my hair properly. (The audacity of this shop is they also reply back bad to customers who give their honest feedback and earn more disrespect).

Positive experience: Back in days was much better. Now every week different barbers and also please someone can explain why this days barbers using les and les shaving gel Honestly it's just ridiculous that they use tip of the finger to apply gel on neck or side of face and then just scrape off. But that's not just those guys actually it's at most places that I've been so far. It's actually so hard to find good traditional barbers to get good shaving or triming. I've been coming her since 2014 and I can see how things are changing. I don't mind paying for good service even £50 £60. Less time spend on Clients = more Clients = more money.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Despite closing, Dana fit my partner in last minute as we explained we were going on holiday and he was more than happy to cut his hair and to a very high standard. Both Dana and Hawkar are very friendly, welcoming and always do a great job.

Fantastic experience: This is a Very Vibrant and Modern Barber Shop with great Deco inside and superb service. I had a Hair Trim and Beard fixed. Although there were a few customers, I didn't need to wait long. The barber was professional and done a great job. Warm welcoming owner of the Business too. I would definitely revisit. Negative experience: Go every week and usually a great haircut but went tonight as was extremely dissatisfied, cut took half the time it usually did and I can see why, not faded at all and not anywhere near finished, trimmed beard down when I wanted the length left and didn’t use the razor on my neck, was extremely rushed but I’m hoping it was a one off In reply to ur comment, ive gave a good review already go check, u just can’t accept the bad ones and instead of helping you ban people for giving honest reviews, embarrassing

Fantastic experience: These guys have the patience of saints! We took our toddler in for a haircut and he wasn't oo happy to have his hair cut but the barber we had was amazing with him and literally had us in and out within like 10 mins and our biys hair looks so good!!

Negative experience: Can not cut hair to save their lives they rush so fast and it feels like my head is getting cut off and I asked for a mid skin fade and I get a bowl cut god help the other people that got there hair done there
