Negative experience: This review is very much overdue (but I’m now set up properly on Google) but in Nov 2021 I came to Glasgow for a trip and needed a haircut. Not knowing the city too well, I did know Sauchiehall Street was a hub. So I went here for a walk in haircut, a skin fade to be precise. A female barber cut my hair and to keep a long story short I caught a scalp infection which caused a nasty itchy patch on the back of my head to appear after the cut! I’d never encountered this before (and this place is still the only time I’ve experienced that hence coming back to review retrospectively) and I required treatment from the pharmacist to sort it out. It may have improved since then but wanted to share my experience as it was far from ideal.

Fantastic experience: I have short hair and was looking for a different style. Paul was able to do this by giving me a fade and adding texture to the top. Great cut for a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: After reading some good online reviews I chose to have my hair cut here for the first time - and it won't be the last. Paul was friendly, professional and offered good advice. He seemed to know all his customers by name which was reassuring and was able to transform my previously messy, overgrown napper into a smart, clean style in about 15 minutes. Great!

Fantastic experience: An absolute 100% from Viola every single time. Have been going for a mullet trim every single time since 2022 - Viola has exceptional skills and conversation and makes the entire haircut an enjoyable experience. Viola is exceptional with reference pictures. I would definitely add that as a key point to her skills and gives you a 10/10 every single time, have not booked anyone but Viola since 2022 because of her outstanding work. A 3 year review is an excellent example of her skills. Cannot wait for my next haircut.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually write reviews but a big thanks to Sauchiehall Barbers. I had a go at cutting my own hair as I wanted the bald look. Needless to say, it did not end well. I was outside when somebody mentioned that I missed some hair at the back. He took a picture and showed me. It was horrendous. In a panic, I went to the nearest barbers I could find. Sauchiehall Barbers were very understanding as they came to the rescue. A very special thank you to Viola for going above and beyond in sorting me out. She clearly knows her stuff.

Fantastic experience: Visited as a "Walk In" on a Thurs morning. Was taken immediately and received an excellent cut by Louise. The price was £15. Will visit again, next time I'm in Glasgow.

Fantastic experience: Love coming here, the service is always on point and the quality of the haircuts are even better. My daughter loves her hair short and styled. The first time we came Paul fully restyled her hair and not only did it look great, it grew out really well too. He explained the whole process and put her fully at ease. Since then she has been with Louise and Courtney and not a hair out of place and she has full confidence it will be as good each time! So it you want a quality cut in a great environment then come here. Book online though as these guys are busy for a reason.
