Negative experience: Felt like I was getting a haircut from a blind Hannibal Lecter. The butcher had my head pulled from side to side, trimmers pushed very hard against my head, cutthroat razor used so rough at the end he left me with a 1 cm long cut that was deep enough to draw a decent amount of blood. I just hope he doesn't hang a shelf as level as he trimmed my sideburns, otherwise all his rusty knives and hacksaws used to cut hair would slide to one side. I just checked and one sideburn is trimmed above the top of my ear whilst the other has been trimmed below it.

Fantastic experience: I’d give 10 stars if I could I bring my son who’s 15 here who autistic and they talk to him like any other client and make him feel comfortable then I tried my 5 year old autistic for his first hair cut in a barbershop and they there absolutely amazing! With both of my boys I do highly recommend anyone who has children with additional needs, thanks mo and his amazing team

Fantastic experience: Went for an appointment not too long before the shop was closing, they fit me in and proceeded to give me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time, after trying multiple barbers and having no luck up to now, I’ve found a great place that I will be returning to with Elegance Barbershop.

My 2 year old son can be quite fidgety when getting his hair cut, but the staff in here are always really friendly and patient with him, they always take there time with him to make sure it's done properly and not just rushed to get him in and out. Also always cut my hair spot on too. Can't recommend these fellas enough to anyone who's struggling to find someone who's got the patience and understanding with the kids who aren't too keen on getting there hair cut
