Negative experience: Horrible customer service. I took my son there for a haircut and they refused to cut his hair because it was longer than usual. The staff were very unfriendly and the way they looked at us made the whole experience uncomfortable. We won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent ladies haircut with Anca. She was friendly and engaging and I was seen on time. The price of a haircut here is very reasonable indeed.

Negative experience: Never coming back!! I sat there for nearly 50mn waiting for my hair cut and left! I have initially asked about the wait time and i was told 2 people were before me. One person came in after me was sat before me while I was already waiting for 10-15mn… I asked why was that and the hairdresser said that the girl had a a “booking” which sounded like a lie because I was initially told 2 people (not 3). It seemed like they knew the hairdresser and were very friendly so the whole scene was obvious. Very very poor customer service as I was in a lot of rush to pick up my kids. So I wasted 50mn today and ended up not having a haircut…. Never going back again.

She has been cutting my hair throughout that time and the quality has always been consistently excellent. Aniko has a great eye for detail and can tailor a cut to suit you, whether that’s sharp fades or more relaxed, textured styles. She is also incredibly friendly and makes every appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: It genuinely took me 10 years to find Aniko, and in that time my three boys endured more than their fair share of dodgy haircuts. Since finding her, I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I travel through several villages to get to her and I’d travel even further if I had to, because she is 100% worth it. I have three boys aged 13, 11 and 4, all with very different hair and very strong opinions! They’re fussy, have double crowns and cow’s licks, and yet Aniko nails every single cut, every single time. She has the skill, patience and experience that is so hard to find, especially when it comes to boys’ hair. The boys always leave happy, and the cuts grow out brilliantly too. If you’re searching for someone you can truly trust, stop looking. Aniko is the one.

Negative experience: I usually come to this barbers and normally there quite good, but the last time I went I wasn’t happy the lady who cut my hair didn’t listen to me at all she absolutely ruined my fringe she kept thinning it to the point where you can now see through the hair on my forehead is horrible, I’m now going to have to wait ages to grow it back out I’m really not impressed and not sure if I ever want to come back again it’s genuinely the worst haircut I’ve ever had I came in looking better than I did coming out I feel really uncomfortable now. But as a whole most of the barbers are good at there job and listen just this one lady just ruined me.

She made my son feel comfortable the entire time and paid great attention to detail, resulting in a fantastic haircut. It’s not always easy to find someone who works so well with children, but she truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I came in and explained I was trying to go for a new style, showed Peter something similar to what I wanted and asked him if he could do something in that style that would work for my head of hair.
