Fantastic experience: After almost four decades searching for a perfect flat top, I urged my ex-navy partner Scott to give Fab a shot. Effortlessly, Fab cut Scott a super-sharp, immaculate flat top, and this is the first time Scott’s genuinely happy with the result! Not just that, the time spent with Fab was awesome - from the chats, to the cold beer, to finding out he’s a 3rd-gen barber who’s new barber shop is aesthetically masculine and sleek, with vintage furniture, tools of trade and chairs inherited from his dad and grandad. Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, Leigh has been my barber the last to times and is always easy going and nice to chat with. The staff feel like they are not in a hurry, not saying the service wasn't timely, it was very timely. But most Barber shops usually feel like they need to push lots of cuts through and it always feels rushed. Uncle Rocco's feels comfortably paced and its like they have time for you as a person. Hair cuts have been great I am very happy with how my hair looks and feels when I leave.

Fantastic experience: Julz is a sick barber — seriously one of the best around. I travel about 40 minutes to see him because nobody in my area comes close. He’s got a ton of experience and it shows in every cut. On top of that, he’s just a really cool guy to chat with — makes the whole experience even better. Fantastic experience: The reviews are legit. I came here after seeing so many positive reviews and needing a new local barber. Rodd did an awesome job and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I have a receding hairline and after 8 months of growth I thought I’d need the whole thing shaved off. Rodd ended up advising a cut and he did a great job. I am also very conscious of barbers cutting my beard as I never seem to be able to properly articulate what it is I want. I told this to Rodd and after telling him what it is I wanted my beard to look like he did a perfect trim and sharping. Positive experience: Long time visitor, first time reviewer! Usually a 5 start experience at Uncle Rocco’s but today I spotted a crystal spray bottle straight from Nonna’s good crockery set. Negative experience: For 55 dollars, it would have been nice to at least respect the request. I've been letting my hair grow for 3 months only to have it cut back by more than 3 centimetres, even though I said I didn't want it cut back too much, just barely. In the end I ended up with a horrible haircut that didn't take my hairline into account at all. I'm very surprised by the positive reviews, which is why I went there in the first place.

Negative experience: don’t get a cut with nathan. I asked him to cut exactly as the same haircut i had before my hair grew longer… the result came out horrendous and not even close to the one i had before.

Fantastic experience: I rate Uncle Rocco's, great team and good haircut with no BS. They're slick with the booking process which I like, they want your business and it shows with how they treat you. They allow walk-ins but I prefer to call first. Hair products are good too, spend a few more bucks than the supermarket as they are quality and smell great too. Get on it ! Every barber shop can try a replicate the feel, you know - get a few cool Knicknacks, some tattoo posters etc etc, but with Uncle Roccos you can tell all the guys and girls there actually really love it there, have a great bond with each other and their customers and really care about your hair cut.
