Negative experience: Poor communication, annoying atmosphere, the staff talk to each other and to customere so loudly behind your head, spend lot of time on phone or whatsapp messaging. I went today and the staff never offered any help,I did wait for him to finish his chat and whatsapp voice messaging but he seemed not interested, after a while I went out to my car and left,he even did not say any word !

Fantastic experience: I came from Canada son vacation and was having a hard time finding the right barber in Ras Al Khaima. Luckily I came across this place and these guys are amazing!!!! They were able to give me the perfect fade for my hair and beard. Keep up the exceptional job and service gentlemen!!!!

Positive experience: It's a normal salon. But have to pay 30 dhm for hair cutting. I don't know why they are charging this amount. There are other better salons charging only 10 to 15 dhirhams with the same facilities.
