The barbers are professional, friendly, and they really take care of you. They don’t rush the haircut — they listen to what you want and make sure you leave happy and looking sharp. The guy who cut my hair did an amazing job with the fade and beard trim, very clean and detailed work. You can see he knows what he’s doing. The shop also uses high-quality products, and the chairs and tools are all in top condition. Prices are very reasonable for the service you get, and the overall experience feels premium. They even offer coffee and make sure you’re comfortable the whole time. Negative experience: I went for a haircut. I’ve been to more than 30 countries and had haircuts in many places, but this was by far the worst. A haircut cannot take just 10 minutes. It was truly beyond terrible. I do not recommend it at all. The price is 50 dirhams.

Negative experience: Why do you give an option for booking an appointment at 10:15 or 10:30 when your shop is closed. Management should try and implement some kind of control instead of making us wait outside. I had a appointment for 10:30 it’s 10:42 barbershop is till closed

Fantastic experience: This is the best barbershop in the entire Ras Al Khaimah. In fact, I have not yet found a better barber than Naveed in the entire country. Everyone knows how difficult it is to get a good haircut these days, regardless of the cost. Well this place does a great job. The decor and the atmosphere are easy and there is a lot of space to wait. I highly recommend.

I go back to this barber every month and they always give me the freshest cut. Ijaz is a great barber and really knows how to give you a proper cut.

Fantastic experience: I was there in Dubai Branch which is in Al Warqa. Were there for hair cut and shave. First of all very nice & cozy place and high quality products used. Staff was very welcoming asked for tea coffee water with very sweet gesture. Mr. Salah was the guy OMG what a professional he was. Initially he started slowly so i was little dicey that not sure how will be the experience. But by time he simply proved him self. Fully professional and jolly guy he was. During cutting we had chit chat also. During shave time he was checking even a single single hair also. I would say visit the Dubai branch and just look for Salah and you will not at all regret of your visit. Thanks so much for the whole team it was just a random visit as i was there in that area but you make a long time customer.

Keep it up and good luck. Highly recommended. *I just suggest if the pre-booking service is improved as one of the staff were not sure if I would be accomadated for a pedicure session or not when I called. But eventually I was.

Negative experience: So far the worst haircut I’ve had. Obviously no properly trained staff. Even after mentioning I’m not satisfied made me pay the full price. Never go there again
