Negative experience: The workers are very rude comparing to Mina Alarab Branch. I had an appointment at 12 with Kamal and when I arrived exactly at 12 he was not there. Other workers told me he will come so I had to wait for around 15 mins. 12:15 - He didn’t show up and no one apologized so I just left.

Negative experience: الحلاقين فاضين و يوم تدخل عليهم يقولك موعد و هم ما عندهم حد بس يحسسونك انه مشغولين و ما عندهم اسلوب ابدا اكثر من مره رحلتهم بنفس الطريقه مع انهم أقرب لي بس أفضل اروح لمكان بعيد معامله افضل من اني اروح لهم

Negative experience: عدم احترام المواعيد .. حجزت موعد و صلت قبل الموعد لكن اخذ مكاني شخص اخر بدون اي سبب !! بكل برود يقولي انتظر بعد ما اخلص !!

Fantastic experience: Even though there was a language barrier, I walked out with an amazing haircut. I’m not sure of the name of the person who cut my hair but he understood what I wanted and made sure by asking me what and how long I wanted parts of my hair to be cut. He was very skilled and professional and from inside the barbershop was very clean. I got a haircut for a very reasonable price too (35 AED)
