Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal customer at this barbershop for the past 3 years, but after today, I won’t be coming back. They completely ruined my haircut, and to make matters worse, the barber kept making excuses and wasn’t honest about what went wrong. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability. This experience was unacceptable.
