Fantastische ervaring: Mijn zoon van vier gaat bij jullie naar de kapper. Aardig personeel, nooit lang wachten, zonder afspraak binnenwandelen en genoeg te zien binnen voor mijn vier jarige: een aquarium en een snoepje als beloning. Kortom top plek voor een knipbeurt!

Negatieve ervaring: Mijn ervaring in deze kapsalon was zeer slecht. De eigenaar liet mij knippen door een stagiaire zonder ervaring, waardoor mijn kapsel volledig is verpest. Bovendien maakte de eigenaar tijdens de behandeling vijandige en discriminerende politieke opmerkingen over mijn achtergrond. Dit was beledigend, respectloos en absoluut onprofessioneel. Ik raad deze kapsalon ten sterkste af.

Negatieve ervaring: Being told to wait 10 minutes for my turn. I asked because there was already one person waiting while another received a haircut and the guy worked alone at the time. Being pleased with just 10 minutes I sat down, patiently waiting. It turned out that after 15 minutes of waiting he was still alone it was the other customers turn, so I would probably have ended up waiting 30 minutes or more which is far from 10. What a waste of time being lied to like that, especially since I also have to show up at work at some point.

Fantastische ervaring: Altijd tevreden als ik hier ben geweest. De sfeer is relaxed, de heren weten wat ze doen en het is fijn dat je zonder afspraak terecht kunt. Knipresultaat is strak en de prijs is eerlijk. Echt een aanrader als je gewoon goed geknipt wilt worden zonder gedoe of lange wachttijden. Beste kapper Maastricht Oost!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik was op zoek naar een nieuwe kapper. Kwam regelmatig langs The Lord op weg naar de Lidl. En wat doe je dan, precies, referenties checken. De eigenaar en zijn team stellen niet teleur. Uiteraard moet je wel op je gemak zijn ( niet op afspraak). Nauwkeurig knippen en tondeusen ( is dat een werkwoord ?). Elk haartje wordt gezien. Complimenten. The Lord heeft er een nieuwe klant bij.

Positieve ervaring: They looked at the photo of the haircut I wanted and took their time to get it perfect! For 15 euros it's quite a deal! However they don't speak much English and the hygiene could be improved. They keep their tools in a dusty container and "clean" them by using some brush. Even if something falls on the floor they don't do anything to disinfect it!

Negatieve ervaring: I don't often leave bad review, but I had a negative experience here. The baber was careless, cutting while using his phone. He did nothing like I told him. And gave me a bad razor burn at the end

Only unqualified & inexperienced Muslims who I had asked for a simple buzz cut with clippers and they used unshared clippers and cut unevenly so bad I had to shave my head completely and start over. It took the fool only 5 mins to get it all wrong. Never again The Lord!

Fantastische ervaring: Ga nu al een dik jaar na deze kapperszaak. Vriendelijke mannen, knippen en scheren je goed. Staan open voor een gesprek, maar als je rustig wilt " genieten" van je knipbeurt dan kan dit ook gewoon. Prijskwaliteit is top. Goede kapperszaak!!

Fantastische ervaring: Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Er word je altijd als gast gevraagd of je wat wilt drinken tijdens het wachten. De kapper neemt zich ook de tijd om je netjes te knippen/scheren. Hier loop je zeker met een glimlach op je gezicht naar buiten. Persoonlijk kom ik dan ook vaker naar Maastricht speciaal voor deze kapper. Het is hier knippen zonder afspraak, maar het wachten zeker waard.

Negatieve ervaring: Worst haircut ive ever had. The dude took like 10 minutes, used a razor with no water or anything so my neck hurt for the next 20 minutes. Cut was awful, not at all how i wanter or described. 0 stars. Will never go here ahain and neither should you.
