Fantastische ervaring: Vandaag voor het eerst hier naar de kapper geweest. De eigenaar heeft mij erg warm ontvangen. Vervolgens heeft Wiktor mij geknipt. Wat een goede service! Er werd goed geluisterd, ik heb precies gekregen wat ik vroeg en ik ben erg tevreden met het eindresultaat. Zeker een aanrader!

Fantastische ervaring: Got my son’s hair cut at Henneys today, and we had such a lovely experience. As we walked out, my four-year-old said, “Now, that was great!”, which says it all. A big thank you to Victor for his patience and kindness. We will definitely be back!

Negatieve ervaring: I sadly have to give a bad review this time even though I did enjoy most visits for the past year. This time it was quite a horrible experience and I had to play it through that it was ok even though I should have been more direct. I have long curly hair and wanted to go for a routine maintenance cut. I had a new guy I didn’t have before and to be rather straightforward he is not experienced at all. First of all he didn’t offer any drink like they always do, secondly I told him to just to cut the tips and a bit of the back. He didn’t even wet my hair and started chopping my DRY CURLY HAIR, like it was gardening. He chucked off chunks of hair but because my hair was really long it luckily didn’t affect it much. It was only when I got home that I noticed that there are parts of my hair longer than the other… he didn’t properly cut the sides he did not do anything close to how you properly cut hair. I paid 27€ to just get my hair chopped and bye bye. It could be that the guy is new to cutting hair and needs more training but for the standard of Hennessy, they need to consider how they train new workers or who they are hiring. I’m giving 1 star because it really was not good, I feel sorry for the owner and the other routine barbers because they are amazing and the best in the business, only issue is that they need to check better who they hire that’s all.

Negatieve ervaring: I told him not to cut too much and not to free my ears. Eventually, it is way too short and he freed my ears.. in the beginning I thought it was kinda OK but after two days I realised that he didn’t cut straight. Sorry to tell you but I am just not happy

The haircut itself was the best I had in maastricht. will be coming back and definitely recommend this place to to others. Make sure to book at least a couple weeks in advance because they are usually quite busy

Negatieve ervaring: The guy will do whatever he wants no matter whatever you say and explain. He just ruined my hair. Asked him clearly not to make it short but he ruined my long hair. didnt bother at all and whole time busy talking & having fun with his fellow hairdresser while cutting hair. they have least focus on you and they will pretend that they are doing best job. Dont waste money here better go to different saloon if you are concerned about your hair cut

Positieve ervaring: Dieser Salon hat den Namen "Barbershop" verdient: Umgeben von (britischen) Subkultur-Aufklebern und -Postern kümmern sich die sympathischen Friseure bei einem kühlen Bier oder Softdrink um Haar (und auf Wunsch auch Bart). Das Personal passt zur Atmosphäre: Entspannt und locker, und auf gar keinen Fall spießig kommen die Friseure daher - Badeschlappen, Tattoos und mintfarbene Haare sind hier angesagt. Der Haarschnitt ist perfekt: Ob "fade out" oder vernünftiges Rasieren der Bartkonturen, die Männer leisten gute Arbeit. Termine können online gemacht werden, (öffentlicher) Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Minuspunkt: cash only. Weil das insbesondere in NL absolut nicht zeitgemäß ist, ein Stern Abzug.

Ze staan als mens nuchter, maar wel met humor in de zaak. En voor mannen met een baard, laat je eens ouder wets verwennen.. Top boy's keep on going..
