Fantastische ervaring: De beste barber van Haarlem, zonder twijfel!!! Birdman is niet alleen goed met de schaar, scheermes en trimmer, maar begrijpt ook wat een goede fade is voor Black hair. Ik kom er nu al ongeveer 10 jaar. Vanaf het eerste moment dat je er binnenkomt merk je dat hij z’n vakmanschap beheert. Hij begrijpt precies je stijl en perfectioneert elk detail. Ik kom altijd met vertrouwen binnen en ga elke keer strakker naar buiten dan ik dacht mogelijk was. Geen standaard scheerbeurt, maar precisiewerk. De sfeer is relaxed, de service is top en je merkt dat hij passie heeft voor het vak. Aanrader voor iedereen die een barber zoekt die het écht begrijpt. Birdman is en blijft mijn go-to.

Fantastische ervaring: Rey Is een topper qua tatoeëren! Hij neemt de tijd, luistert heel goed naar wat je wilt en zorgt dat de tattoo een waar sieraad voor je lichaam is. Fine line of niet, hij weet de naald als geen ander te beheersen. Ik raadt hem iedereen aan.

Fantastische ervaring: My brother and I got tattoos here while visiting our uncle on our first trip to Europe. We kinda decided last minute and had some trouble finding places. We were able to get an appointment the next day and were able to get a time period where Lenne and Rey could work on my brother and I at the same time. They were both super awesome! My brother had a tattoo already, but I hadn't. They explained everything well and Rey explained the after care in depth as well for us. They were also great to chat with and we even stopped to grab juice from the stop next door with Rey at the beginning lol. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to get a tattoo!

Fantastische ervaring: First time in Netherlands and we decided on a whim to commemorate our trip with tattoos. Lenne was more than accommodating with our limited availability. They took our inspiration and created beautiful pieces with their own artistic signature. Haarlem is a charming city and this Tattoo and Barber shop is a must stop if you’re in need of a fresh haircut or some ink. I’d give 10 stars if Google allowed!

Fantastische ervaring: Ik kom hier al jaren, elke vier weken, en het is altijd een topervaring. Het voelt vertrouwd en professioneel; mijn baard wordt iedere keer perfect bijgewerkt. Je wordt vriendelijk ontvangen met een kopje koffie, je bespreekt wat je wilt, en daarna kun je ontspannen terwijl zij met vakmanschap aan de slag gaan. Altijd relaxed en met een strak verzorgde baard naar huis. Een aanrader voor iedereen die kwaliteit en service waardeert!

Fantastische ervaring: Had a lovely and fun experience getting my first tattoo. The shop is neat and the ambiance is great Rey is a really great artist. He attentively listened to my ideas about a design and created a masterpiece. Couldn’t be happier with the result. Afterwards I had some questions about the aftercare. I could pop in for a check up the same day. Service 10/10, overall experience 10/10.

She is so creative and ive seen her grown so much in such a short time. Im planning to get many more tattoos done by her:) I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastische ervaring: Lenne heeft (inmiddels) 3 tattoos bij mij gezet! De eerste en tweede zijn zwarte ornamenten, super blij mee! De eerste kwam van haar flash en toen was ze echt net begonnen. We hebben bij de tweede vooral goed overlegd wat ik wilde en hoe ik haar design graag wilde. Ik was met beiden zo blij, dat ik een oude tattooage die niet goed was gezet door iemand anders wilden laten bedekken / uitbreiden door Lenne. Mijn moeder had precies hetzelfde. Ze heeft iets heel unieks ontworpen en ze is heel prettig om mee te communiceren! Ik kom zeker terug voor een vierde…

Fantastische ervaring: An amazing, warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. When you first walk in you’ll notice the shop is bright, inviting, clean and visually stunning. Everyone working here was friendly and smiling and quick to offer coffee (great coffee too!) Rey is an absolute top notch artist, you come for the tattoo and leave with an experience! He’s always friendly and smiling making great conversation. He pays great attention to your comfort especially while sitting for a long period of time. (which I definitely did) His lovely apprentice was bright and cheerful and definitely had us laughing. As a side note I got the chance to see her work and she’s fabulous definitely check her out too, she’s one to keep your eye on! Her skill is going to be hard to beat. I want to draw special attention to the fact there was no cut copy paste, no transfer paper used. He completely created the tattoo custom to me and the space it had to fit and free handed the whole thing making a 100% original tattoo and payed close attention to the details adding little twists that make me smile every time I look at it. Overall the best tattoo experience, almost completely painless, it healed perfectly and it’s beautiful! Rey stands alone in his craft, if you’re in Haarlem and looking for a tattoo he’s your guy! I would 100% recommend. I flew from Canada to get tattooed by Rey again and will 100% be returning again for more!

Fantastische ervaring: Absolutely love this place! I have been a client if this place since 2018 (when they were Amsterdam Dandy) and not looking for changing them any time soon. They are the best! It may be difficult to get there though, so make sure to make an appointment well in advance (week or so). There is a very convenient form for the purpose on their website

Fantastische ervaring: Superfijne ervaring gehad bij Lenne! Ze neemt heel erg de tijd voor je en zorgt ervoor dat je je heel erg op je gemakt voelt. Ik liet bij haar een hartje zetten (met fading-effect) voor het kindje dat ik ben verloren (zie foto voor het hartje. De datum erboven heb ik al twee jaar). En ik had het bij niemand anders willen doen dan bij haar. Ontzettend blij met het resultaat! Echt een aanrader.

Turns out that we had no problem communicating and understanding each other. Jurgen did an outstanding job. He is a great professional and he was very attentive to all details, he was very kind all the time. There is no doubt that, as long as I keep living in The Netherlands, my next haircuts will be in Amsterdam Dandy :)

Fantastische ervaring: It is always a nice moment in time. Going to Amsterdam Dandy. A nice mini break, you walk in, hear the music, sit down and get a super treatment. In my case beard and hair. The moment I am waiting for is the warm towel. As I am in a backwards laying position in the chair, I instantly feel a vibe of calmness. One hour of relaxing but also catching up on news and other happenings, make it that times flies...too fast. Walking outside, after I am done, gives me always the feeling that I am rise and shine. Mission completed! I just look dandy. Period!

Fantastische ervaring: Cozy, professional and wonderful service all the time. I was a client of the owner when he used to work at another barbershop in Amsterdam. I frequented many barbers in town but he left a lasting impression because of the passion and dedication to his craft. I was so impressed by this guy that I decided to keep visiting him when he opened his very own barbershop in Haarlem. A couple of years later he has a full house of equally amazing staff with just as much passion and friendliness as he himself has (Birds of a feather flock together eh?) You always get offered a drink upon arrival, there's always amazing music in the background and the overall vibe is amazing no matter what day of the week it is. People tell me i'm crazy to skip all the amazing barbers in my own neighbourhood to go all the way to Haarlem but when you know you know.

Fantastische ervaring: Barbier Boudewijn is al jaren de enige barbier waar ik mijn baard aan toevertrouw. Een fijne gastvrije persoonlijkheid die moeiteloos je baard weer in model brengt. Prijs-kwaliteit zeer scherp. Loopt nagenoeg nooit uit zonder dat er druk op staat. En het online boeken werkt altijd en overal. Herinneringen-mailtje vooraf en netjes een afrekeningmailtje achteraf. Fantastische ervaring: Amsterdam Dandy maakt van je knipbeurt een heuse ervaring. Boudewijn neemt echt de tijd voor je en weet precies wat hij doet. Hij kent zijn klanten ook goed, waardoor er altijd een leuk gesprek ontstaat. Verder ziet zijn zaak er top uit (hijzelf ook) en heb je het gevoel dat je de moderne versie van een vintage barbershop staat.
