Minpunt: soms kun je wel voor een gesloten deur komen te staan of is hij nog met een andere klant bezig, hoewel je wel van te voren een afspraak hebt gemaakt.

Negatieve ervaring: Tot 2* toe heeft deze barber na het aannemen van de opdracht deze niet uitgevoerd. Eerste keer afgezegd last minute. 2e keer afgezegd toen ik al een half uur heen gereis had in de zaak stond. Vaag verhaal dat hij geprobeerd had Treatwell op te zeggen. Vervolgens totaal geen respect voor het half uur heen en half uur terug wat ik heb gemaakt voor niks. De bonus is dat na de eerste keer hij mij een gratis haircut aanbood, die hij vervolgens later in trok?? Kortom, als je garantie tot de afspraak of respect zoekt? Even doorklikken.
