Zoltan was pleasant and professional, even though he was fully booked, he kindly called Hermon, who came right in to take care of my kids. I really appreciated that, especially after driving 30 minutes to get there. I was so happy we didn’t have to leave without a haircut! Very pleased with the service and the cuts. Thank you!

Expérience négative: I booked an appointment for 1pm and had it confirmed by the barber. When I showed up the store was locked and nobody was there. I waited 20 mins and still nothing. The barber (Ermias) wouldn’t answer text or phone calls during this time. He then calls me back later that day to apologize and told me to come back the next day same time. I arrive at the barbershop the next day and again nobody was there and store is closed. I called and texted Ermias and never received an answer. Waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend for anyone
