Super professional, super consistent, and he actually listens to what you want. The fade is always clean, the lineup is sharp, and he takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. Christian also makes the whole appointment comfortable — chill vibes, easy to talk to, and you can tell he really cares about his craft. If you want a barber who’s reliable and gives you a fresh cut every time, Christian is the guy. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We have been going to The Barber Lounge for several years now. My husband and children all get their hair done here and are pleased each time. The location is great with plenty of parking. Appointments are easy to book online and usually have good availability. Each time we come in the place is fully packed with a person in every open chair. We had originally been seeing Darragh and were always happy with the cut and especially his patience with our small kids. When he switched locations we bounced around between a few of the other staff. We really found a great fit with Alex and have never looked back. He truly takes the time to make sure the cut is perfect and you're fully satisfied. He's built a great repore with our family and my kids look forward to going to see him. We love to see what fun designs he comes up with for them. He works with your vision and gives recommendations based on your hair type. Highly recommend this place, especially Alex!

They just donated a very generous door prize for a charity golf tournament in support of Shelldale Family Gateway, a community centre dedicated to helping youth and their families in the Willow Dawson area. Expérience fantastique: I didn't realise I'd be getting the best cut of my life before walking inside, hunter will get you right 10 times out of 10. We went off of a photo for reference and he got it nearly identical, was very patient with me and made sure everything looked how I wanted. Fantastic barber. Very clean space, nice atmosphere and great people working there, I'd highly recommend it.

Griffin at The Barber Lounge might just be the one that checks every box. The atmosphere here was good, the staff were friendly, the price was right, and most importantly the cut was fantastic. Expérience fantastique: I went for my first visit and had my haircut done by Alex. He did an exceptional job and did exactly what I asked for. Alex paid attention to every detail. He even made sure he did the right amount of texturing and made sure not to do too much. I highly recommend Alex for your men's cuts. Alex was also very friendly and I felt very comfortable while I was there.

Expérience fantastique: Great place to go, never had any problems and just great people in there in general would definitely recommend to anyone.

Expérience positive: I went to this barbershop 3-4 times with great results, as the staff were excellent and gave me a quality haircut. Unfortunately after this, several scheduling issues kept happening. I would arrive to the appointment to find out they were fully booked and made a scheduling error, or I would be assigned to an apprentice barber. This wasn't a concern for me at first, however the haircuts simply were not good whenever it was with an apprentice. They were generally not what I asked for, really uneven, and the person cutting my hair seemed to be very distracted. I would attempt to schedule the next appointment with one of the more experienced barbers, but they repeatedly passed me over to an apprentice barber. This happened 2 or 3 times in a row and I eventually stopped going because it was such an inconvenience. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, but I would really hope their organization and scheduling issues have improved, for the sake of their clients.

Expérience négative: My son went there two times. Both times, he booked with Gryphon. He showed up 45 minutes late and with no hurry or explanation. The second time, Gryphon did not show up at all and never left a message in our phone. Apparently this happens all the time and is never on time. Haircut was mediocre at best for that price. Not going to be in business much longer if he continues with this work ethic. Brought my son to Captain Cutz today and loved the results. On time and great service. Will be taking my son here from now on. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Plenty of parking makes it easy to arrive just in time for your appointment. Thanks Jesse for always making my little guy's haircuts go smooth!

The cuts are nice and they take their time to give you a nice cut. I have seen reviews complaining about wait times, I have had to wait a couple of times even with an appointment but that is something not in anybody's hands, as schedules can get messed up sometimes. The place has a good environment and a good barber shop vibes. They do a good job and I have always left with a great hair and beard cut.

He does not stop talking once he's in the chair. My 11 year old son also has been going for his cuts and perms. Great staff, friendly and fun.

He has a great eye, steady hand and a willingness to hack through my overgrowth leaving me feeling fresh, lined up and young again. He knows how to make a little look like a lot and as I get older I am confident knowing that someone is handling my receding hairline that has less hair then I do, and the fact you would never know it speaks volumes of his skill and talent. Wouldn't go anywhere else, I'd give him 10 stars if I could.
