On top of that, the hygiene of the premises was noticeably lacking especially women salon area , which raised concerns about the level of care and cleanliness being upheld. I had expected a welcoming and clean environment where I could relax and enjoy the services, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving both the quality of service and cleanliness for future clients.
