I booked for October 13th at 9:00 AM, arrived on time, and the shop was completely closed. Had to go somewhere else instead. Pretty disappointing to make the trip and find it closed.

Took a zero to the side of my head with no fade...I did not say anything while in the chair as it was to late at that point but not sure how they have 4.8 ratings... Now I have the privilege of wearing a hat for 4-5 weeks for my hair to grow out. I will not return and am not happy or impressed for a $40 cut.
