Expérience négative: I visited this barber shop on Saturday, December 13, for a walk-in appointment. Despite showing the barber a picture, the desired style was not achieved due to a language barrier, as the barber's English proficiency is limited. Instead of the style I wanted, I received a high fade with very short hair. Considering the outcome and our communication issue, I would not recommend this barber shop. The experience was disappointing, especially for a $35 service. I will not be returning to this location.

Expérience positive: A little bit annoyed today. Someone waiting for the same barber was interrupting him while my son's hair was being cut and they didn't have the courage to tell them he was busy nor should the person be bothering him. They should be sitting and waiting their turn. For that reason, we did not tip where we usually do but our time is valuable and we don't like waiting longer than we have to during this busy holiday season.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Marius every month or two, and somehow each time the results just keep getting better. His attention to detail, skill with fades and tapers, and consistency are on another level. He takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect, and the end result always exceeds my expectations. What makes the experience even better is that Marius is genuinely enjoyable to talk to. Every appointment feels relaxed and friendly, and you can tell he truly cares about what he does. He’s not only talented but also easygoing and professional, which makes every visit something I look forward to. I can confidently say he’s one of the best barbers I’ve been to, and I highly recommend booking with him if you want both great conversation and an even better cut.

Expérience négative: I have returned THREE times now to give this place another shot. EVERY single time, my son gets stuck with an apprentice barber who has no clue what he is doing. No technique or method or nothing. Watching him cut my son's hair was torture. I asked him to fade with a 1, and his hair was still long and uneven in the back. The service (Little Mister) is WAY overpriced for getting just the basic cut. There is a new place we will be going to once my son's hair grows back. They are $5.00 cheaper, and you get a shampoo, blow out, and the cut. For $19.00 compared to the $24.00 for basic apprentice cut you receive here. My motto is three strikes and you're out! We will NEVER return to this establishment ever again. I don't care if I have to drive clear across the city for a cut for my son. Very poor quality and overpriced! Hopefully others have a better experience than we have had.

I ended up getting cut and styled by Dilpreet and dare I say it was the best haircut i’ve ever got?! He recommended products to me for my breakage and split ends and made the experience extremely comfortable. He blew out my hair at the end and it was like a 90s style. I’m obsessed and couldn’t recommend him more. 10/10 experience.

Expérience négative: I went to this barber shop for the first time to get a simple haircut for my 8-year-old daughter. Their sign says $20 for kids under 12, which is why I chose them. When I asked the front desk how much a kids’ cut costs, she first asked for my phone number, which I gave, and then immediately asked for my daughter’s name. I asked if I could know the price first before sharing more personal info, since I hadn’t even decided whether we’d do the haircut yet. Instead of answering, she insisted that their system requires this info first, and gave me an unhappy and dismissive attitude just for asking a basic question. Only after I repeated myself did she go ask the manager, and that’s when I was told the $20 price is only for boys, not girls, because it’s a barber shop. For girls under 12, it’s $40, double the price. Nowhere is it mentioned that the “kids under 12” rate only applies to boys. That’s extremely misleading. If you’re going to charge differently based on gender, it should be clearly stated up front, not after asking for personal details and giving attitude to paying customers. I don’t mind paying a fair rate, but I do mind unclear pricing, lack of transparency, and bad customer service. Definitely left right away and won’t be returning.
