Through thoughtful conversation and asking the right questions, she figured out what would work best for me. The result was exactly what I was hoping for, and it has been easy to manage ever since. I highly recommend Andie to anyone looking for someone who truly listens and delivers great work.

Expérience négative: I made a last minute booking at Regal. I showed up early and signed in. I was given the first available barber at my appointed time. I came for a beard trim and explained what parts of my beard needed to be trimmed and what parts needed to be less trimmed. His English language skills were lacking and rather than asking me to explain again he just BS’ed his way with the beard trim; pretending that he knew what I said. In the end, he took too much off my beard and it looked a little off. Rather than faking it and making a mistake, I would have appreciated it a lot more if Jorge showed a little humility and asked his colleagues for help with the English to Spanish translation. I know we all have to start from somewhere, but take the time to do the work right instead of being too prideful to ask for help. Only consolation is that hair grows back; just won’t go back to Jorge for another trim.

Expérience fantastique: I have been coming to Regal for probably close to two years. First saw Gary for a long time, until he had to return to Ireland. Recently for my last 4-5 haircuts I have seen Gui who is equally as amazing. Gui takes a lot of care and listens to what I want, as each time can be a bit different depending on what I need. If you get your haircut more frequently or need to stay looking fresh for work (or for yourself) I think the club membership is great. It’s perfect for me, I know it’s all paid up and I can usually get an appointment the same day or next day. Highly recommend.

Expérience négative: This place lacks in so many ways. If you are not comfortable with a new person working on your hair this is not the place to go. I was utterly dissatisfied with the outcome. Facial package was also disappointing and rather uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the amount paid.

I asked to go for that option on my second visit weeks later, however they brought out a manager to say that was not an option. Very turned off by the principle of this and won’t be returning despite great service from Jay.

The shop itself is excellent - professional, welcoming, and very intentional. I saw Gui, who took the time at the start to really understand what I wanted. He asked thoughtful questions and explained how different choices would affect the cut. Throughout the appointment, he was attentive and intentional, guiding me through the process step by step. I particularly appreciated the attention to parting the hair and cutting it so it all flowed consistently. Masterclass for gents with long / mid length hair. The result was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Gui completely restored my confidence in finding the right barber. Great cut, great service, and I’ll definitely be returning.

It was the first time booking the appointment in there based on the reviews but unfortunately the fade was not done well—you can clearly see the lines at the back of the head and sides. It didn’t meet the standard we were expecting at all.

Came out after paying 70$ for a 30 minute cut that completely disregarded the fact that I have curly hair and wanted a just trim of my long hair. Expérience positive: Great facial, but the very worst beard trim I ever had. I asked for a line up with no length removed. What I got was clippers with a guard, and a beard that looks like it’s shaped like a chia pet; all the exact same length like I had a buzz cut on my face. I left gutted and disappointed I spent money feeling worse than when I went in. Every time I look in the mirror I’m upset. I will say that the Irish gent who gave me a facial when I first went in was great and I enjoyed that portion very much. Edit: The manager reached out; I’ve revised my review slightly to reflect good customer service attempting to rectify the situation.

Dont see why they cant stay and contribute to the citizens of Canada. Besides, the employees did nothing wrong ( illegal or crimes or anything bad ) other than giving back to the citizens of a nice professional haircuts. I feel sad and sympathy for the owners who had to go through the paper works, to have hard working employees to work for the company. Sadden on what the government decision. Do pray and hope for the best for the soon to be deported employees and the Government will have some sympathy and understanding for reverses the decisions on deportations. Even though i had never had or could afford a very elegant, professional haircut from a nice hair salon due to my poverty and pay cheque to pay cheque income.
