Experiencia negativa: Showed up early for my appointment and waited 35 minutes with zero communication. The barber I booked never showed. Only when I stood up to leave did anyone acknowledge me, offering to call my barber or “maybe” get someone else — despite a barber literally sitting free. Appointments clearly don’t mean much here. Wasted my time and left without a haircut.

My lineups always looked crisp and the fades looked so perfectly blended that it almost seemed fake lol. No complains on my part whatsoever.
