He cried and moved around a lot the entire time (was mostly afraid of the clippers) but Melissa was very patient and did the best she could with achieving desired cut. We were both happy with the results; will definitely come back

Experiencia positiva: Its a nice environment my barber did an alright fade it wasn't Raw or Top notch but acceptable for a Sunday at $29 what really turned me away was when im pulling out my wallet to pay cash he says for future reference we don't accept cash and that just throws me to be in the barber industry and dont accept cash

Introduced him to the hair clippers (which he did not like) and then she proceeded to use scissors instead which he absolutely tolerated. We were hoping to become regulars here since this was the 3rd time we made an appointment with Josephine but today we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment and there was another client on the chair that looked as thought they just sat down bc they were starting to have their haircut. I was told that Josephine would be done in a few minutes but 17 minutes after our scheduled 1030 appointment still not done. So I was asked if I wouldn’t to be seen with someone else and I said yes, since I only had a an allotted time. Needless to say we’re not coming back! The haircut that we received by the other barber was NOTHING of what was asked for, he just kept cutting. What’s the etiquette for stopping a barber from doing what you think he may be doing right since they are supposed to be the expert. So highly disappointed in our last visit here!

Each location has the same general atmosphere and fun stylists. Most recently Jordan N. took care of me and did a great job.

The lady told me I’d have to come back tomorrow due to not having enough open appointments. Experiencia negativa: Very unwelcome vibe at the Killearn location 5/15/24. The whole experience I felt like an intruder on a private clique rather than a welcome customer. The barber seemed annoyed I was there and would not engage in any conversation only giving monosyllable responses. The haircut/beard trim was just ok. Used clippers even to trim my mustache and was in a hurry to get done with me. I still left a 25% tip and waited overnight to write this. I regret doing business with Chops and I will not come back.
