Experiencia fantástica: Family, professionalism, and efficiency are the first things that come to mind when I think of this place. I’ve been coming to this shop for over 5 years now and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. All of the staff are super friendly and welcoming, but the barber I’ve been going to since day one is T. He’s extremely nice, always professional, and his haircuts are always on point. Every time I walk in I feel like I look homeless, and every time I leave I feel like I look like a billionaire — just missing the suit and tie. After my son was born, I started bringing him in to see T for his haircuts as well, and since then no one else has touched his hair. I recommend this place and when you’re there ask for T! He will get you right EVERY TIME! 10/10!

Asking very extensive questions pretaining to my wishes concerning my preference of hairstyle. From my beard, to my edge, length of hair removed. I was very pleased, with the outcome. I will be back, it was a pleasure.

Experiencia negativa: I came in today as a normal walk-in and was directed towards the left side of the shop and was serviced by a tall man wearing a bucket hat. I told him I wanted a simple low bald(skin) fade and an inch and a half off the top. The man then suggested maybe taking more off the top and I agreed to do 2 inches, that was all it was supposed to be. I then sit through one of the longest haircuts of my life dude to lack of staying on task and just goofing around the whole time. In the end I leave with basically all of my hair gone, I’ve spent three years growing my hair out and that may seem like not a big deal to some but for me it is. I didn’t argue or make a fuss to cause a scene but I will share my experience and never in my life return here. I used to come here all the time for a couple years and I would make appointments with Jason I never had a single issue, then today I get the worst barber experience and headache just for the barber to do the exact opposite of what I wanted.

IT HAD A FLAT RATE NOTHING MENTIONED ABOUT AGE ETC. THE BARBAR APPEARED TO WSIT TILL THE OTHER 3 BARBARS TO LEAVE. HE ADVISED THAT HE LIVED IN ST. AUGUSTINE AND HAD TO PAY A UBER. NEXT THING I KNEW IT HE CHARGED MY SON $35. MY SON WILL NEVER GET A HAIRCUT THERE AGAIN IT WAS THE FIRST VISIT AND IS THE LAST! WE ARE MILITARY AND I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS BARBAR SHOP! NO MORE SUPPORT OF A MINORITY OWNED BUSINESS PERIOD!

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my two boys (age 14 & 5) in for a haircut this afternoon and will definitely be back! They took us right back with no wait and were so accommodating! I also had my baby with me and one of the barbers was kind enough to pull up a chair for me to sit in with him next to my 5 year old. From start to finish the vibe was so great and everyone was joking and smiling. And to top it all off- these hair cuts look SO good! Definitely a hidden gem.

Experiencia fantástica: This is going to be a long one because Las has been remarkable with my son. I brought my son in when he was just a year old. Not knowing me from a hole in the wall, Las was so kind with my son who has a speech delay and autism and in the beginning was not receptive to getting a hair cut. Las spent an hour making sure my son got the quality of hair cuts like other kids would get without some of the challenges my son has that might make the process difficult. He never complains about how much my son might move or stand. Las has been patient, kind and thoughtful and is a remarkable barber. I couldn’t imagine Kameron going to another barber because Las and the guys in this shop are top tier people.

The barber Las was incredibly patient and calm with my son, from the moment the haircut started he made my little one feel comfortable and even gave him a toy. The Final Cut looked adorable! One of my son's is on the spectrum and has always had difficulty with barbers, however, Las took on the challenge and for the first time my son has had a decent hair cut with a tape up. I'm not sure how he does it.... But Las makes it look like a piece of cake delivering an amazing haircut, exceptional customer service and professional... I recommend

After a really bad haircut elsewhere, he made the bad stuff look good! The shop has an extremely positive vibe, and is very neat and clean. I've seen other clients leave with great looking haircuts too. The prices are reasonable also.

Experiencia negativa: This is by far one of the worst barber shops I have ever been to in my life. I went for a walk-in and the barber didn't finish doing my hair because "he had to go home". He told me to come back the next day so I did. When I got there, he said he would finish his client and then get to me. He worked on that clients hair for almost 2 hours. His client had almost no hair. I ended up having to go to hair cuttery. I would leave zero stars but that is not an option

Experiencia negativa: I took my 14 yr old son here to get a hair cut for ROTC, after growing it for 5 years…. It was a part of his identity and He knew exactly what he wanted. The barber he was sat with (cash-tag: Rasulimaynard) apparently disagreed with him on how it would look and gave him a cut he did not ask for. I was in the waiting area and unaware of this interaction. My son is 14 and faced with the intimidating situation of a grown man with clippers telling him no this is better, of course he was too nice to say something and He didn’t want me to make a scene, so I was not told this until after we paid and made it home. It’s not even about the money , whatever keep it. My son told you what he wanted and showed you a picture and you told him no and cut the hair he had been growing for 5 years how you wanted and now sending him into high school with a hair cut he doesn’t like and did not ask for. It’s wrong and completely unacceptable. He did not ask you to cut HIS HAIR how you wanted to, if you could not give him what he wanted because you lacked the talent then you should have let another barber do it. Now he wants to wear a hat out in public and to school to protect his self confidence…. Breaks my heart for him because if anyone knows how much a boys hair plays into his confidence it should be a barber. $36 to ruin a boys self confidence , shame.

Jason has been cutting my son’s hair for almost 4 months and it’s always on point. It’s great to see a black men’s shop cater to all and make every1 feel great when they leave. He is a senior this year and I happy to see him happy everytime he gets a haircut. Thank you D for being apart of my son’s life 12 years strong with this barber.

Experiencia negativa: Asked for 3 inches off all the way around. 30 minutes later he turns me to the mirror for the first time since he started cutting and my hair looked identical… I look at the floor and he took off an inch on the back maximum, asked for another 5 inches to be taken off my entire head and he got an attitude. round 2 an hour after I walked in I get turned around to the mirror and the hair on the front of my head is the same length as when I walked in. Went with a friend so I chose not to cause a scene, dude used the old razor on me and purposely cut my neck and whacked me in the head with a comb. $38??? I wouldn’t even pay $15 for that haircut I know places that do a good job for $15 y’all scamming these city folk around here a haircut is not $38. Felt I should give a piece of my mind before I go to my regular barber later today.

He’s been my barber for the last 5 years and I have never been disappointed leaving his chair. He’s gotten me squared away every time. They normally run between 12 to 15 barbers in the shop and there is one individual barber they call Patch Adam’s that’s pretty damn good with the clippers. But come and check them out, you WILL NOT LEAVE DISAPPOINTED.
