Experiencia negativa: I've had it with this place. To be clear, the barbers are amazing and great people. I went for the past couple of years every month. At some point about a year ago, they increased the price by a third to the point where a basic skin fade is now $70 after tip. I just received an email from them this morning that from now on, booking appointments requires something like a $50 monthly fee just to "join" their app. Enough. Again, the barbers are wonderful people, but whoever owns this place is just greedy. I've finally had it.

You can tell he truly cares about his craft and takes pride in his work. On top of that, the vibe is always great, professional, and welcoming. Once you come here, you won’t trust your hair with anyone else. Highly recommended!

Service that I've done before and when they charged me they charged Me 35, I recalled I paid 23$ the last time and showed them from my bank statement. and when I told it to the barber he told me no, you did a beard trim (and he didn't, just line up) Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. And I happen to live right above this building so it's very convenient to go there. They straight up lied to my face. To make 12 more dollars. The Barber was new and did a decent job, but it's the dishonesty that I don't appreciate.

Experiencia negativa: I go from time to time because it's conveniently located. The barbers are hit or miss honestly. But even when it's a hit, it's just too expensive to justify going every month. Now that it is 53$ (so basically 60 with tip), I don't think I'll ever go again. It was half this price about 2/3 years ago. The spot is lucky the barber scene in Miami is terrible otherwise most people would go somewhere else. I honestly don't care about having a bad whisky or a massage by a dude with a gun massager, I wish you had a less expensive formula for people who just want a quick haircut and none of the useless fluff. "God is good"... well yeah to you maybe...

The recent price changes are an absolute deal breaker for me. $58 DOLLARS FOR A SKIN FADE that I can get on any street corner in Miami. Just isn’t worth the cost anymore. Never coming here again. Experiencia negativa: It was ok. The gentleman I had didn't seem like he understood what I was asking for very well. I asked for a low taper on the side and half inch off the top as a texture cut. He kept asking me for a number on the side which I didn't understand, other barbers usually just did it without asking or asked for a range, and I said I don't know what he's asking and he just kept asking for a number so I said 3 and he just laughed and said ok. I think he also only understood half an inch from the top and not the texture cut part, because my hair looks pretty much exactly the same, just shorter which is not what I wanted. I wanted it styled with a low taper on the side and a texture cut of half an inch from the top, but I think there was a language barrier or something

I visit him once weekly, sometimes twice weekly. His fades are top tier, his scissor work is impeccable, and he styles your hair so effortlessly- but of course, only he can achieve that “look”! lol I think it’s beyond needing to say that Christian Martins work is stellar. Experiencia negativa: After just moving to Brickell, I made an appointment in early April at The Spot (but as I later found out, at East Brickell and not Brickell Heights where I walked into). After calling the East Brickell location from the Brickell Heights location and asking them to kindly offer a one-time refund as it was an honest mistake that I mixed up the locations, I was provided with a “No, we can’t do that. You still have time to make it.” The better business practice would’ve been to offer the customer a one-time gift card or “Bono” to come back to the East Brickell location. By not offering any leniency and charging the customer regardless, I have not and would never come back to the East Brickell Location - something which ultimately impacts the barbers at your location and your bottom line. I can, however, highly recommend Andy from the Brickell Heights location. He even gave me a discount on my first haircut in early April due to the honest mixup and to gain my future business, which is now twice monthly. *My review is only based on the customer service provided (or lack there of) - no services were rendered.
