Experiencia negativa: “So you want me to just take off some of the extra hair?” Somehow, within 45 minutes or so, I had to process responding to this statement in a positive and uplifting manner; a baby crying and the mom fighting with someone was heard howling from the distance, a 10 yr old boy was completely ignored by a group of “men” while trying to be openly proud that he was getting cleaned up for his big day tomorrow; my request for no razor edge on my face was ignored (which means I get to then smell like gas station cologne from the junk THEY ALL use, which is why I ask for no razor) and I was reminded very quickly that I will be able to tip with my card upon checkout. I then went home and finished cutting my hair on my own with my long beard trimmer attachment to find an upsetting amount of uneven areas around the back of my head. $100 experience that I most certainly will not endeavor to have again.

Asked for a basic cut at the start and wasn’t told that my desired cut was not basic since it required scissors until I was paying. Wish they had corrected me or informed me of this when I was explaining my desired cut.

Experiencia negativa: 1st time, hair already super short and asked for a basic line up at reception. He asked if machine only and no cuts on the top and I said yes. At check out another guy he tries to charge me 50$ out of the blue, when I ask why he then charges me 40$... ok. Today I woke up and I see I still need a machine line up and had to do it myself..... why did I even go???

Experiencia positiva: I did a walk in and over paid for a horrible cut, hot towel shave was pretty good. I asked for layers and the barber went way too short and cut the sides very unevenly. Was hard to catch right after the cut because product was applied.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a 4:00 PM appointment with Raudel just an hour in advance over the phone. I arrived on time at 3:55 PM, but by 4:30 PM he was still working on another customer. Unfortunately, I had to leave at that point. While I understand that delays can happen, it was frustrating to lose an hour of my weekend and still leave without a haircut. Now I’ll need to find another barber.

Experiencia negativa: Kinda like spirit airlines, price seems reasonable, but with all the add ons you end up with a fat bill. 20 min simple buzzcut and beard trim $50. Oh and the barber cut my ear and did a terrible job around both ears. (How do you screw up a buzzcut?!) Also get the spirit airlines treatment, giving you the "I'm doing you a favor by overcharging you for a mediocre service" vibe. Not friendly or welcoming at all.

Everyone treated me like family, they have drinks and five star treatment. Cherry on top they have great operational hours, most on the barbershops nearby have restricted hours/availability NOT them. In my opinion don’t look at any other places, they have 1,500+ reviews you can’t fake that.

Alli and Johanna do great work, hands, feet, etc. This place could have chosen to be a "men's salon" just to be a sexy hair salon; but instead just put together a great bunch of stylists who know how to take great care of their customers. The complimentary adult beverages, add to the local and welcoming atmosphere. I have a monthly membership and it is a great value. 2024 Update: New ownership, lots of staff turnover, and discontinued its membership program. I no longer have business here.

This unacceptable especially in a barber shop that has over a 1000 review and maintaining a 4.7 average

He is talented, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about hair loss and hair maintenance. New Management. Nice quiet relaxing environment with classy music in the background.
