Positive experience: Great first time visit. Everyone nice and friendly. Great head and beard shave in a great atmosphere. Update: As stated above from my visits a year or so back,the hair side of the house is the BEST (no complaints but praises). But not happy with the manicure or pedicure from here, young lady lacks experience, over priced for the service. Went elsewhere a week later and got the royal treatment (1 hr 45 min) for the same price with arms and legs massage (massage chair).

Fantastic experience: Brittany did an EXCELLENT job on my fade considering the fact that my hair was growing in patchy around my hairline and edges! She managed to save the day by evening out my hair and shaping me up so well that I no longer have to constantly wear a hat! My confidence level is on 1000 thanks to her! Fantastic experience: OMG I have finally found a place that actually does what I ask of them and are not scared to take a risk. I went from boring shoulder length hair with old boring blonde hi-lights (Which is what the last place done despite what I asked for) and went to a short pixie with a gorgeous purple color. I am in love with my hair and everyone else loves it too! Brittany done an amazing job and all the ladies in there were amazing. Felt like home. I plan on taking my grandson next week and will keep coming back for as long as they are there. You guys Rock!!!!! Big up Bob Marley.

He has had different ladies there and they all can cut! They are amazing and I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you have curly hair!

Fantastic experience: Today's visit was for cornrows and box braids which was done by the beautiful and very talented Danielle. She did an awesome job! She was able to catch my short hairs and all! The style was beyond my expectations and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. While my husband has been his sole barber for 14 years, a recent medical situation prevented him from doing so. Aisha created a welcoming environment where my son felt at ease. Negative experience: I’m not sure where all of these good reviews are coming from…. But this is the haircut my son received last Friday. After the barber apologized and promised a full refund…. She neglected to hang up the phone. Her business partner called my young black male a stupid mf”er because she says he should have told her he didn’t like his hair…. When clearly he can’t see the back of his head. She also used some other choice words but in the event that my son sees this, I won’t put them on here. I’m highly disappointed…. And even more disappointed that black business owners would speak in such a derogatory way about a young black college student. My child bothers no one….. These ladies are vulgar and disrespectful…. And as far as the skills…. Well you see the picture.
