Fantastic experience: Had a great haircut, got what I asked for guys are professional. The place is nice and tidy maintaing proper hygiene. I had a walk in on a weekday easily got accomodated and was in and out in half an hour. Kudos to the team.

Fantastic experience: I love this barber shop. The shop is owned by Sean Thompson a great businessman and proprietor in downtown Buffalo. I see Jake Troup for my cuts and great conversation about the bills. When you walk through the doors, expect to be greeted with a smile, a big hello, and a place to put your coat. They do cuts for kids hair, adult men and occasionally women’s. Bread trimming and shaves are always available also. My wife calls me frugal; not the words she uses, but I am. And, I want a good product for my money and Jake gives me that and more. I have never walked out of the barber shop disappointed in the hair cut or dissatisfied in my choice of walking though those doors. Sorry, no photos. But, my wife calls me “Big sexy” every time I come home from there. So, this place gets two thumbs up.

Fantastic experience: I'm not quite the best when it comes to feedbacks and reviews so this is my dialect and I'm just going to simply speak out in which how I feel! earlier this week I decided I need to get a haircut beard trim I had an upcoming event (wedding) that I was invited to by my next door neighbors from down the street and originally one of my Barbers sadly left to embark on a New Journey (Mr Warren Carter) ultimate Praises 2 u but there was this one gentleman in particular who was so up close and humble by the name of Jake Troupe and when I tell you it was an above and beyond experience I've had thus far in my life I've met this True Scholar before but his presence were above and beyond wonderful personality but the service that was displayed was truly exceptional I would highly recommend him two anyone necessary because he's driven by a great profession at Sean's house of Masters grooming Lounge Jake Troupe I thank you I love you And may God continue to Grace you to be the baddest at your craft! Negative experience: I went over there to get my haircut done, showed the pictures of my style to the barber, he totally ruined it and was super stupid when i told him, what you did to my hair? Did i show you a picture like this style, he was super stupid that he picked up my hair from the floor and was showing me see here is your hair, i was superbly amazed by the behavior of the barber, totally ruined my day, my festival and everything there was a guy beside him, then he totally tackled the situation with his polite behavior. I would like to seek attention of the authority regarding the barber did this to me.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this review on behalf of my roommate. I knew of HOM because I went to cosmetology school where the owner, Sean, is a barbering instructor. I know Sean only would hire barbers who have skills and provide a great client experience. My roommate had been asking me to cut his hair for quite some time, but short cuts are not my specialty. We booked with Jake on a whim, and my roommate looks absolutely AMAZING. He absolutely cannot stop talking about the great experience he had, how the guys made him feel welcome, how good he feels after months of not getting a cut, and how much he loves his high bald fade (which was upon suggestion of the guys at the shop). Not only are the haircuts just out of this world, but the environment is extremely interactive. Mr. Thompson is a master at his craft but what resonates with me is how he treats everyone that walks in the door. I have personally witnessed Mr. Thompson taking the time to get to know his customers. He is a businessman that understands the industry and is always growing his business based upon the needs of the community he serves. Fantastic experience: Always drove past this place and my girlfriend decided to “surprise schedule,” me a men’s cut. (I think she was trying to tell me something)…She scheduled the “Experience Pack plus Beard Trim” with Justin…wow, worth every penny. Upon entering, I was greeted with a smile and good positive energy from all the staff. I have long wavy hair and Justin definitely took his time styling, cutting my hair and edging my beard to perfection. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way and kept me in the loop with his plan for my hair. The “Experience Pack” was definitely worth it and they truly made my haircut an experience. Supercuts, sorry, never again! I came in looking like a nomad, and left looking clean and professional. Next time you schedule an appointment ask for Justin.

I'd never really gotten my beard done before and wasn't sure what to expect but saw this place had only five star reviews and photos looked good.
