Negative experience: Very nice people, but a few issues. I had an appointment booked and arrived 15 mins before, but was taken 25 mins after my appointment time. The check in process is very bad, you just have to hope that they get you to the right guy. It would’ve been faster with no appointment. The haircut was standard, definitely a little overpriced for $35 (close to $45 with tip). My main part is that the beard line up was actually quite bad, I had to fix it when I got home. I was only in the chair for 20 mins and I would’ve appreciated a bit more attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience here. Paul was very professional, friendly, and timely, and he asked thorough questions to make sure he knew what cut I wanted. The cut was perfect. The environment was also relaxing and the shop was spotless.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my son here for over 12 years ! We drive 45 minutes just to get his haircut! Kevin, Audean, Duff, Derek …they are all amazing at what they do!! You won’t be disappointed!!! Hands down the best Barber in Buffalo !

Fantastic experience: I did a walk in at 5pm for a beard trim to clean up for a new job and they got me in no problem. Audean did a great job with it, she is an absolute A-lister. I will say, be careful getting a beard trim when Kev is working because he made me have a few good belly laughs while that razor was working lol Definitely check them out, they earned the five stars

Derek not only did not question what I wanted for my son but did more than asked he was such a gentleman explaining to my son that sometimes you just have to start over with a clean cut very respectful. He also not only made my son comfortable he made me comfortable. I really appreciated how he handled it now a days you don’t get that with young men ! Fantastic experience: I went in needing a haircut desperately and having no luck with booking at other places, Audean cut my hair and I said I wanted, flow, short and debulk, and that’s exactly what she did, I’ve always had long hair so seeing it gone was tragic, but she said trust the process. Immediately after my hair was cut and done, I was like omg it’s so short, I don’t know how to feel about it, but now it’s growing on me. She did a very good job and she’s overall a good person.

I had an appointment with Cam, but when I came, the customer before me was already in the chair, so when Cam noticed me walk in, he walked over and greeted me, informing me that he was almost finished with the prior customer. Cam understands how to communicate and how to meet the needs of his consumers.

Fantastic experience: Just got a haircut here while traveling from San Francisco to Buffalo for work and needed a haircut bad, Derek took care of me and gave fresh cut; super clean mid fade and sharp line up! The vibes in the shop are very chill with good music and good conversation. Derek made sure everything was on point. Will definitely come back if I’m in the buffalo area!
