Fantastic experience: Best barbershop around! I’ve been coming to X9 for about a year now and they always do me right. The shop is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they do from haircuts to beard treatment, etc, you get the full experience. Since day 1, I’ve been trusting Harris to do my hair and he has never let me down once. From taming long uneven hair all the way down to basically a buzzcut, he’s very experienced in all lengths and styles. Speaking of experience, Harris also understands the importance of head and scalp health and does very well in informing and advising you on products to keep your head looking and feeling good. You can show Harris any photo, video, etc of a style you’re interested in and he will absolutely kill it every time. Very professional, friendly, and occasionally crack a joke or two, i highly recommend Harris if you need a trim or a chop. Overall, the entire staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. No matter who you choose, you’re going to walk out of that shop looking great!

Growing up, not one barber was able to figure out how to properly cut my hair (biracial, curly hair that always tangles). After the first appointment, I've always got a haircut with him. He knew exactly what I needed and provided me with a long set of instructions on styling, along with products to purchase online that could help me look my best! Would highly recommend coming here and getting a cut with Henry!

Positive experience: The salon offers a free hair product in exchange for submitting a 5 star review. There are signs everywhere in the salon about this deal. This is just an average salon. Nothing to ride home about. My haircut was completed in less than 10 mins and the cut I got is not what I asked for. It felt like the barber just likes to do what he thinks is right.

I showed him a short clip of the hairstyle (low fade + side part) I wanted, and since the back wasn’t shown he asked me how high I wanted it cut plus natural or lined up. Amazing/clean haircut which took under 15 minutes. Will definitely come back and I hope he’ll continue to deliver the same quality cuts! They take cash/venmo/zelle.
