Fantastic experience: I've gotten lined up from Juanita, Moe, Rick, and Lonnie while regularly attending this shop. All I've seen are driven hard working individuals who have positive attitudes and provide 5 star service. Moe gave me the crispiest mid drop fade and perfectly lined up beard trim. If you're worried about getting a sloppy haircut or have an important event coming up I'd 100% suggest coming here. Don't sleep on Cairo Cuts.

Fantastic experience: New hair cut is great, and honestly they are very nice. And Generous. But just make sure to bring cash. Which I didn't bring any. But making sure and be honest to them. I had to call a relative to bring cash to help out. While I stay and wait.

Negative experience: I must start by saying I was super impressed at the 500 reviews with a 4.9 rating. But I soon found out that their rating did not reflect my experience. I went for the first time. Wanted a particular barber, but he was on vacation. Still, I wanted to get my hair cut, so I booked with Vero (sp?). Big MISTAKE! >_< I will never understand how a barber/hair stylist can LOOK at a picture, say they understand/can do it, then proceed to cut/style as if the picture never existed--meaning they do not understand and they cannot do it. This person chopped off my hair... no desired shape of photo--Not. Even. Close., no beautiful lines and clean fades... With 500 reviews and a 4.9 rating EVERYBODY IN THE SHOP NEEDS TO BE A 10 BARBER. (unless the reviews are fake ‍♀️) I will share pictures of what I wanted, what I walked out looking like (a 49 y/o dude who asked for a high top fade; O_O just because the cut is titled "man's cut" on the menu doesn't mean I wanted to walk out looking like one!!!!), and the last pic is what a beautiful lining and fade are SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE. $30 for a bad cut. :( And at one point, (b/c she just. kept. cutting.) it felt like she was messing up, so she'd fix it by cutting off more, until she left me looking like a small man. (the middle pic--what she did to my hair--is just a day old) If you think I'm BS'ing... look at these pix, and you be the judge! (my hair wasn't as full as the pic I brought in, it was a short afro, but I had way more hair than what I was left with AND more importantly, it's just not a good haircut/fade at all... because I've definitely had short but cute cuts before)

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Omar. I was very clear and even provided pictures for him to see exactly what I wanted. And I feel as though he did not follow my instruction at all. First is a reference picture of me and second is a cut I got. I told Omar specifically to not give me a bowlcut and thats exactly what he did .

She’s incredibly consistent, really listens to feedback, and actually applies it—every cut gets better because she remembers what you like. On top of that, she’s genuinely kind and reassuring, which makes the whole experience relaxed and comfortable. She’s also amazing about availability and has gone out of her way to fit me in even when my appointment was last minute. If you want someone reliable who cares about getting it right every time, Abril is the one.

Fantastic experience: You all must tap in with this shop. They have the best barbers and braiders in southeast Wisconsin. They will have you leaving the shop feeling like a superhero. They do it all for all different hair types and styles. Make sure to go see and schedule an appointment with Carter. She is a master chef who cooks up something special for every haircut. Don’t sleep on this shop!

Carter’s services are top tier, extremely timely, and after a great haircut and conversation, I always leave better than how I arrived!

Fantastic experience: After moving from Texas it was very hard to find a barber to cut my 3 biracial son’s hair. Lonnie listened to mine and my son’s requests for how we wanted their haircut. Each of my sons had certain things they were looking for as far as length and style and Lonnie took the time with each one of them. Even taking time to wash my youngest son’s hair because he has a sensitive head. The attention and patience Lonnie had was wonderful! Will be bringing my sons back as repeat customers. As far as the place itself, it was clean and had sitting room for at least 14 people. They do take cash only just so anyone who reads this is aware.

He always knows what you want and he’s very detail oriented and makes you feel like he’s not rushing or trying to hurry up. He takes his time and does everything perfect every time, I drive an hour away just for him to cut my hair.

She not only was able to on first try but also went above and beyond with the details. Finally a place that is quality and affordable for men’s haircut. Places in the area are charging $50 and doing way less.
