Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming here for a haircut since I wanted to try a new spot in the area. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist greeted me right away. She was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I was in the chair within five minutes. Kat, who took care of me today, was incredibly friendly and sweet. She made sure I was happy with my haircut every step of the way, checking in throughout. I really appreciated how attentive and patient she was, it really made the whole experience feel much more comfortable since this was my first time here. I have definitely found my new barber and will continue to come back. I recommend Kat all the way :)

I’m currently in the process of growing my hair out, and she did an incredible job with a scissors-only maintenance cut to keep it looking clean. Lindsey was extremely thorough and took the time to offer personalized suggestions on what would look best based on my head and face shape. I've been to every local barber shop and haircut place in the Alliance area, and it's rare to find someone who listens so closely and provides such good advice.

Fantastic experience: Rachel was great! During the consultation I explained what I wanted done she did exactly what I requested skillfully. It was a relaxing experience met with someone who truly enjoys her craft. Furthermore Rachel made great conversation felt like I was at home!

Negative experience: I did not have a great experience with Lindsey. It may have been an off day or a long day for her. It was the first time getting a haircut by her. She went shorter than expected, cut the sideburns short as well, and didn’t ask if I wanted it round or square in the back she just decided for me. At the end of the cut, I did ask if she could fix the top but she didn’t seem like she could. I suppose lesson learned should have been more detailed, though figured if this was the first time she would have asked those questions. For the price of the haircut and after seeing the other reviews, I’m disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey is awesome! I have had trouble finding a barber im satisfied with. Decided to try Cool Heads. I got a hair cut and beard (longer) trim. She was great in consulting on both. My beard was a mess from the last barber who butchered it and i thought i was going to have to chop it off but she shaped it up wonderfully. Already been back again for.my second cut with her and once again very pleased. Brought kids and they got awesome cuts as well from the other barbers.

Fantastic experience: I have a business trip to go on tomorrow and needed to get cleaned up. Rachel met me at the door and asked me for what I wanted done. She understood what I was looking for with minimal description, was very engaging and very pleasant to talk with throughout, and despite our in depth conversation gave me a great haircut that don’t need any further adjustments. Not many people can multitask like that and do a great job in both the task and the “distraction” but Rachel was great at both. I’ll definitely be looking for her when I schedule my next appointment.

Last Sat. I had a new experience of a Straight Razor Beard Trim with Lindsey. If you have never had one of these I highly recommend them. I had thought you had to go to an old Barber to get one of these but, Lindey showed me I was wrong. You get Hot towels, Cold towels, etc.. its a process but, felt so good I topped it off with a shot of 1800 on the way out. Definitely Planning on another one as soon as the hair gets out of line again. Thanks for the experience. Robert.
