Negative experience: I took my boys to this place because they offered walk-in service and they were around the corner from my home (Reason for 2 Stars). They do not have a "Costing Board" stating the value of their services. My boys had a #2 on the sides and a #6 on the top. The quality of the haircut did not match the cost value. There was no extra primping or care contributed to the experience. The cost per person was a minimum of $40.00. The other turn off was the added emphasis suggested by the staff to tip after. There are much better places in Tulsa for less. I thought I would try these guys out... I am disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I've been bringing my 12yr old son to this barbershop for a couple of years now, and it’s always been a great experience. The staff is super friendly, and they usually manage to squeeze us in on short notice, which is a lifesaver with my crazy schedule. The vibe is relaxed, with good music and a welcoming atmosphere. They remember my son and I every time we come in, which is nice and lets you know they appreciate your business. Also, as a single mom I’ve never felt awkward hanging out at the barbershop it’s almost more chill than hanging at the beauty shop… I said ✨ALMOST✨, don’t get a big head guys! But, all jokes aside these barbers are top notch, I definitely recommend this barbershop if you’re looking for solid cuts and a friendly atmosphere!

I had an appointment for noon however we ended up having to take my niece to the ER Ollia was so understanding and still got me in she gave us some towels to clean up my niece. as soon as i went back around 2, i had waited for maybe less then 20 minutes and her client looked very happy with her haircut. when it was my turn i had asked if my niece could come in with her mom and she said “Absolutely!!” they are very child friendly even with a wondering 1.5 yr old. She is absolutely fantastic i told her what i wanted (no specific pictures) as someone who’s spent $300 to basically kill their hair. i was presently surprised by the $60 to cut my hair and make it healthy, she cut what was dead leaving me with my hair back to its natural curl pattern. My sister loved my hair so much she even booked in appointment for the next day! Ollia is so sweet and still texts after the appointment to see how your hair is doing and help give you some tips! i highly recommend!!

Negative experience: So I was recommend to Ollia from a friend and I wish I never went. Mind you I am a first time client. I wanted to start my curl journey fresh which I have very curly hair! I texted her asking if she could do the cut I wanted and was educated on curly hair and diff types. She tells me yes, and how excited she is for me. So I’m having good confidence in her. When I get there pushed back my appt 10min because she was working on another girls hair. Who looked very unhappy… and was unhappy with her results. 10min turned into and hour. I should have just left then, but I wanted my hair done so bad. Me being patient and understandable. Finally was my turn I asked her questions and if she has the picture I sent her. Not once did she look at the picture cutting my hair nor did she ever ask me if the length was okay and have me see the cut throughout or just let me watch her in the mirror cut my hair.. Mind you I cut off like 10inches of hair. I felt her kept snipping away in back. just all over the place. she cut against my curl patterns and left so much on top to where it is so heavy I have no volume. She could have been honest with me and told me she hasn’t cut my kind of hair before or curl pattern. I cried a lot when I got home. I still paid her $55 even when she told me it’s gonna be $50 and took $5 for herself. She knew I wasn’t happy but I was trying to be kind. She did a horrible job least to say and doesn’t know how to cut curly hair and just started chopping away it was like she got way too carried away with it being such a big transformation cut. Good way to start 2024 for me lmao. All I can do is laugh or have someone educated on curly hair to fix it. So if your a woman with curly hair wanting a drastic short cut but not toooo short on your hair and don’t know where to go? DONT GO HERE!
