Fantastic experience: I went in again to Tom's. THis makes probably 15-20 visits since I started. I have mostly went to Jamie and I have NEVER had any regrets with her. She does an amazing job, very nice to talk to and truly is a wonderful person. I am glad I have found a place that I fit in and a barber that I can always trust.

Fantastic experience: Was tired of going to the same place but getting a new stylist every time so I tried Tom’s for the first time. Facilities are perfect for guys - not a lot of glitz but nice. Price is reasonable; about the same as other places. Jason cut my hair. After talking to me about how I wanted it to look, he took his time and gave it the right amount of attention. Very happy with the cut. Several stylists AND customers were involved with the same conversation. Atmosphere felt like an old school barbershop. I’m not going anywhere else. This is my new barber shop.

Negative experience: This was my first and last visit. I clearly requested a simple trim, asking only to reduce the overall length and to keep the back slightly shorter than the front. To my anguish , the stylist gave me what was essentially a buzz cut . I EVEN PROVIDED A PHOTO from my previous haircut as a reference for the desired length, but it was completely ignored. For a salon that charges professional prices and claims years of experience, the lack of basic consultation was shocking. A skilled stylist should CUT INCREMENTALLY & check with the client, not remove all the hair at once. My expectations were utterly destroyed, along with my hair. Edit: I unexpectedly received a callback from Tom's Men's Haircut to follow up on my unsatisfactory haircut. I explained the situation, and they handled it very respectfully—they issued a full refund and even offered me a complimentary haircut in the future. I was really impressed with their customer service. While I may not be back soon, I certainly appreciate the gesture. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I originally had a rough experience with my haircut, it wasn’t what I asked for, and I left pretty disappointed. After posting my review, the owner personally reached out right away, apologized sincerely, refunded my money, and scheduled a same-day appointment to have it fixed. The follow-up appointment by a Joel was great. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it showed real professionalism and care for their customers. I appreciate the effort to make things right and will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Lily does an absolutely stellar job. My second haircut and just as pleased as my first cut. I do wish there was a way to contact directly. I witnessed a rather horrific accident on my way. Stopped to call 911 and assist. Unfortunately this caused myself to be late to my appt. Lily was able to reschedule myself at 1130! Again I wish it was easier to communicate directly with stylists at Tom’s. Overall a nice place with awesome stylists including Lily.

Fantastic experience: I love getting my haircut here! Loghan, who I usually see, is super chill and does a great job with my hair. They give you a free drink, even on the way out if you want it. I've tried a bunch of different places around town but there's a reason I drive out to this one.

The best part is when I asked for a high bald fade, instead of her just assuming i wanted a high and tight she asked if I wanted a high and tight or a high bald fade which many of hair stylist have messed up in the past. Negative experience: I went in for their first time $10 haircut special. I needed a new barber shop and figured this was a good way to see if they’d work for a great price. Respectfully I left with a $10 haircut. Not a bad deal for what I paid I suppose. However, if it weren’t for the special I’d have paid full price. Ranged from $35-$75 according to their website. $20 for a beard trim. Listen I have no issue paying for great product and service. I didn’t receive any here though. Haircut was at best a 5.8/10. The service…. Maaaayyybbbeeee a 3/10. The young lady cutting my hair was more involved in her coworkers than my haircut. I don’t know about you but I don’t pay $40/$60 for this service and expect to be ignored and treated as if my haircut is the least important thing happening in the moment. I mean, lady it’s your job. Especially seeing she is (according to their website) a partial owner. There is not hate towards her. This is to serve as a heads up to anyone reading reviews before going. As well, maybe she can use this as constructive criticism. We are all human, you could’ve been going through something which hindered my experience. However, it was bad enough I don’t think I can return, especially with the cost/results.

It was my fault for not knowing how to ask for what I needed) I was able to do a walk-in and have the barber access the situation and gave me suggestions. He did the best he could with the kinda mess I showed up with. He charged me$ 0 for his service! Wow what a guy!

Fantastic experience: I first went ther for the $9 first time haircut, to try it out. I left happy for the first time in a long time with my haircut. I've been going there for months now, Jason is always great but everyone knows what they're doing. You do have to plan ahead for your appointment, don't think they have same day appointments, which is how you know they're good...they're busy! Overall I'd recommend this place to everyone wanting to get a great ambient, haircut and for a good price. $35 for what they do is ok! If you want more of a spa kind of haircut it's well worth the $45 or their subscription.

Positive experience: Tom’s had good reviews and a discount on my first haircut ($10) so I thought I’d try it - and I’m sure glad I did! I got a great haircut from Lily with hot towel and facial treatment. I also like supporting a local business. However, my 2nd visit wasn't as good and I doubt I'll go back. I received a minimal haircut and was told I couldn't change services because I was 4 minutes late arriving (had to finish a call in the parking lot). I didn't feel I was an appreciated customer and received a "entry level" haircut with no add'l services. Make sure you know what you're getting before you go! I will try other salons before going back to Tom's

Fantastic experience: Good haircuts and beard shaping. Have tried the membership in past for cleanups and discounts. It may be worth discounts if you can afford to get a haircut monthly. For me the cleanups don’t work well. Hair grows so fast and i don’t like the close cut that seems cleanup requires. Start looking very blocky vs having a taper up. Good environment. They stay pretty booked so it is hard to get a spur if the moment appointment. It is handy being very close to my house.

Jason was a referral from a friend and I am so happy I booked and met him. Jason is very maticulous and wants to make sure everything is perfect. He took more time than I thought. It's nice to know I have a barber now for all of my future visits.
