Negative experience: I normally come here on appointment regularly with Carrie who does a great job. I just did a walk in today with someone else and I asked to get a 1 and 2 on the sides/back and barely anything off the top. She took nearly 2 inches off and now I have a mushroom cap for a haircut. I should have got up and walked out. I also hate that I was guilt tripped into paying for a scalp massage.

Fantastic experience: Kidist is amazing A1, I been going to lady janes in Taylor for 12 years and I don't just trust anyone cutting my hair but this girl knows what shes doing. I love the fade and for now on shes the only one I'ma see for now on.

Kristy cuts my hair every time (because I book with her because she's amazing) and I look forward to coming in every month. I'll be honest, I had a barber I really like that I parted ways with a couple years back and came in to this location to just get a maintenance haircut until I could find a new spot I liked. Kristy was available and we just clicked. Been coming here ever since.

Fantastic experience: Decided to try this place out after being ghosted by the other barber I tried this afternoon after waiting an hour for them. Checked in and within 10 minutes I was taken back to the chair by Kevin, he shook my hand halfway to the chair and introduced himself before we got started. Going to a new barber for me, I never know what I'm going to get and most of the time I despise small talk; we talked about the haircut, I sat back and enjoyed the music. I let him do his thing; the line up and experience was 10 times better than the last barber I walked into. The hot towel shave was an added little bonus I was not prepared for right before we finished up. I have found my new home for haircuts from here on out and it's worth the 20 minute commute even got Kevin's card to return back to him.

Negative experience: On two separate occasions I have made appointments with first available and waited 20minutes + after the appointment time while staff sit at the desk or waiting area without clients.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 5 or 6 years, when they had their original location a couple miles south. I'm always greeted on walk-in, offered a water or beer, and rarely have to wait long. ( Though I always make an appointment ). Only recall having an uneven cut once or twice that ai didn'tnotice until after I showered a day after, but it was always made right.

Negative experience: I genuinely don't think these people are trained to cut hair. Very wierd vibes inside. Open alcohol containers. Never had my hair cut in this way and im not a fan. The price doesn't justify the experience either. I don't blame the hair stylist I mostly blame hair mechanic for negligence. Way to many questions on a tablet.

Now I’m picky, and no one else measures up. Sharp cuts, perfect every time. She’s ruined other barbers for me and I’m not even mad about it.

Negative experience: Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment, sat there for almost 40 minutes and just left. I understand I got there too early but they got done with their previous client too late couldn't wait anymore.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time here. Yeah, they've got the gimmicks but they'll confirm your appointment and your stylist won't be there and they could care less. Really liked Brooke too, it's too bad she chose to get a head start on her weekend rather than honor confirmed appointments. Bad business.

Negative experience: Not surprised to see 5 star ratings when the sign by the door says "give a 5 star rating, show your stylist, get a $5 discount". However, we won't be back. Today took my son in for a scheduled appt. Was told they would take us on time. Waited 20 minutes past our time only to have the next person taken before us. They were incredibly slow also up at the counter before we left & nobody acknowledged us. We'll go elsewhere, thanks.

Fantastic experience: Shop looks awesome! I was a walk in and was able to get seen within 30 to 40 minutes. I had gotten a medium skin fade and it looked flawless. K had washed my head after and gave a scalp massage. After the hair wash she put a hot towel on my face. Once I sat up she hot towel the back of my head and sprayed some alcohol. Haircut cane out perfect and with tip it was less than $35. Well worth the wait and price.

Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews but been going here for almost 2 years now so why not. Haven't had a complaint to this day. I've tried pretty much all I can off the list of services offered and my stylist Azra does it all to perfection while taking good care of you. If you book with her and have any ideas about trying something for the first time give it a go I highly recommend it. It'll be done properly trust me on that. On top of that she's always a joy to talk to so that's obviously a plus too. I'm always looking forward to my biweekly appointment!
