When a client sits in our chair and requests specific services — a beard trim, hot towel, clean lines — that's exactly what they should receive. No exceptions. The experience you've described is not consistent with how we operate, and we sincerely apologize that your husband left feeling shortchanged.

We are absolutely a full-service barbershop. Our menu includes everything from our signature Aspen Original™ package with hot towel treatment, to straight razor shaves, beard shaping, black mask facials, and more — and we deliver these services to hundreds of satisfied clients every week. That said, what matters here isn't what we offer on our menu — it's that your husband didn't receive what he specifically asked and paid for, and that's on us.

We've taken this feedback directly to our team to ensure every service requested is confirmed, communicated, and completed before any client leaves the chair. No detail should ever be overlooked.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected at Aspen barbershop. After reviewing everything, it looks like the two pictures you showed Rebecca were actually two different styles, which may have caused some confusion. She followed the design with the “V” on the back exactly as shown in one of the photos, and it’s something we can easily adjust if needed.
Your haircut was done on Saturday, and today is Tuesday. If something didn’t match what you had, we would have appreciated the chance to fix it right away. When Rebecca asked if everything looked good, you confirmed that it did, so we believe you were satisfied when you left.
That said, we want every client to walk out happy and confident. We can fix the haircut at no cost, or you’re welcome to come in for a complementary haircut next time.
