Fantastic experience: Been coming here since my boy Jeremy started and it is worth the trip every time. It is a bit more on the expensive side but totally worth it cause they take their time and make sure it’s perfect before you leave. Jeremy been cutting my hair and has been for years now even before he was here and I love the job he does and it is constant every time. Definitely recommend giving this place a shot.

Positive experience: Pleasant atmosphere, but don't go here unless you want a fade (no surprises). The barber didn't take much time to inspect my photos so I assumed he understood, but I should've been watching closely. Im not happy with the shape of my head now. He didn't think to leave length on the back of my head, so it looks flat and boring. Also too much off the sides so it doesn't flow back. It just goes down. And he left my sideburn area slightly uneven (nitpicking). The cut itself ISN'T bad, just really not what I asked for. I don't mind being set back $54, I mind loosing the month of February as this grows

Positive experience: Husband had an appointment with Jeremy 01/23/2026, was early and waited until after his appointment time when Javi asked him if he was waiting for someone and my husband said my appointment was at 3, and the barber that was supposed to cut his hair was sitting in his chair on his phone and had not even called to see if he was there. Cut looks nice, but check your books people!

Positive experience: Did great on my sons hair yesterday but came back for mine and I give him that he did take his time amd it was over grown quite a bit however he didn’t cut my bangs or anywere around them there still down in my eyes literally not really sure why After telling him, I wanted it to be pretty short nice dude and very friendly just upset at what I paid and how my hair is literally all over in my eyes and face kinda defeats the purpose of a haircut very upset at the tip I left

Both my sons are just picky because they know what they want and im picky due to salons making my cut look more girly then masculine. Tony took the time to listen, made everyone comfortable, had very genuine conversations with us all, and nothing felt forced. We will continue to book with Tony and highly recommend his skills.

Positive experience: Was able to get an appointment the same day and even fit my 2nd kiddo in at closing time since it was slow. Followed my kids I dunno instructions and made him happy and gave him suggestions he actually liked. Had a chill setting and stuff to do for people waiting which is such a nice change. Will go back for sure!

Negative experience: I made an appointment for Wednesday 9:30am online. Got a confirmation text and email. Then I got two following text saying my appointment was canceled and then confirmed for a different day, on Friday. Called the store to verify my original appointment was at 9:30 and to make sure the date was correct. Was told I was good to go with my original appointment. I waited 15-20 minutes, barber has still not arrived to the shop yet. I’ve gotten great service here before. With a very nice haircut and a good atmosphere. The last time at least the other barber gave a heads up he was running a little late. But I was let down this time. Very let down unfortunately. I did not have time to wait, as I was working a few hours and was told my haircut would take longer than usual to begin with because Benjamin was a new addition to the store. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t stick to their schedule?

Negative experience: Why book a time if the guy doesn't show up an calls in .I booked a 10- am time and he was a no show. I showed up 15 minutes early. They tried to get me to wait but couldn't tell me when he would be in. what's the point? They tried to get me to stay for a cancelation but the lady who wanted my time did a bad job on the kid i was watching.From my point of view he got a bad cut from what I saw. Very unprofessional. I would say good luck

Vibe is cool and soothing, makes it easy to get comfortable as you're getting your hair/beard done. They offer multiple options to either just get a trim or shave, whatever suits your style. Will definitely consider coming here again for another cut.

I made another appointment for a few weeks later to see Ashley again for maintenance on the way home that first day. The whole shop has a great vibe.

Fantastic experience: I went in for "The works". I worked with Ashley just now. Absolutely LOVED the experience. All I've ever done is undercuts and been to a ton of different barbers. This place is amazing for the money, and Ashley helped a ton! I personally wanted to try a new style and she talked me through what she recommended knowing I wanted to keep it long and manageable. She recommended a low taper and guided me through what it could look like. She touched up the beard, hair, eyebrows waxed, (could have done the nose hairs but I opted out), Hot towel service, head and neck massage, scalp treatment, and shampoo. I might have not listed all of it but that was a great all in experience and definitely worth the price! Will be coming back and asking for her! ♥️

My friend recommended Javi’s Fades. I had scheduled an appointment with one person on their app and received a call o. My way to that appointment where I was told the person I had scheduled with was being held up by a customer and they asked if I was willing to wait or switch. I was pressed for time so I switched to Ashley. Ashley is fantastic! She followed my instructions. Made me look pretty. And was great conversation. I found my new barbershop in Salem.

Negative experience: This ain’t it - I went in to get a cut, which turned into a mediocre neck and sides clean up , was rushed out of my chair for a waiting appointment, and then charged a full $35 for a 10m clean up - which should have been $15. I would have happily tipped $10 if charged for a cleanup, or had the luxury of a full cut: but the full charge for a fast trim just got me the wrong way. Overall a super mid experience, I wouldn’t go back. I have long hair, and it felt like the barber was uncomfortable dealing with it. Kid friendly, the desk lady was nice to my wife and daughter. The main barber was busy, I got a second. 1 star for the obvious local family friendly vibe, that was cool. No stars for the barber or the cut.

Fantastic experience: I chose this place based off a friend recommendation and had never been before. I will be back again as it was a great experience and I got a great fade. Great service, great atmosphere and the staff was very accommodating to my young son by putting on a movie to keep him entertained while Dad got cleaned up. Highly recommend.
