Fantastic experience: I walked in a few months ago just to check the place out, and Secilia was kind enough to fit me in right after finishing with another client. I’m now on my third visit with her, and she consistently does a great job. On top of that, she’s easy to talk to and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I definitely recommend making an appointment since walk-ins aren’t usually the norm here. The service overall is excellent, and they even offer a 20% discount for heroes—which is a really nice touch. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’m sorry V’s but we’ve lost all confidence in the services. All the barbers we’ve previously had have left. It’s a revolving door and the newest barbers are coming in seem inexperienced (except Jax who did a nice job recently). My son came home today with the worst ever, uneven, mullet of a haircut. Super angry and will NEVER return.

Fantastic experience: We walked in and the shop was so clean. Was greeted right away. Our Barber was ready for our appointment and we were a few minutes early. She did exactly what I asked and also asked me to double check before she was finished and said she loves getting feedback to make it perfect. We will be coming back to see Cecilia again.

Alyssa did an excellent job of explaining her process and working around my son’s fidgeting or uncertainty of the clippers (he's a toddler). Overall I was extremely happy with the service. The owners were pretty cool too.

Fantastic experience: This was my first beard care experience and I must say that it was awesome! I came in to get cleaned up for my wedding and they took such amazing care of me. I didn’t think I would enjoy this kind of thing but, V’s made me a believer!

Fantastic experience: After going around to over a dozen barbershops in LV, this is now my go to. Isaiah is my main barber, and does what I need him to do. The staff is friendly, feels almost like another family to me. Lorna is awesome, she handles the calls and will do what she can to accommodate you. When Isaiah isn't around, you can get your haircut from any of the other barbers, I have. They're all great, Cecilia, Noel and Alyssa all have cut my hair, and they're all great barbers.

Fantastic experience: First time taking my nephew (5 years old ) here. We were greeted by Lorna with a smile and was so welcoming . Shop is well maintained, nice , and organized .,Alyssa was Ashton’s barber and she did amazing with him. She spoke with me a bit prior to discuss what we wanted and she did her magic . Ashton left happy with a fresh haircut . He wanted a spider web and Alyssa delivered . Thank you and we will see you again!

Fantastic experience: These guys keep the shop clean, offer great cuts, and quality conversation. The quality of their service attracts clients well outside the local radius of Silverado Ranch. They get booked quick so I recommend you call to schedule prior to walking in.

Negative experience: Called and asked if they take walk-ins took 15 minutes for her to let me know that the next they could have was at three o'clock which means you can only book which was my original question.

Secilia was great and she was so patient with the type of haircut my son wanted even with us being her last customer of the day and went over our time. I did have transaction issues and the staff was so patient as well with us. My son loved how Secilia did his hair and I think I will bring my other boys here as well in the future to do their hair. He praised at how nice everyone there was.

Negative experience: The day before my Birthday I had to make a decision & not go to my hair appointment because of something I didn’t know about,I’ve been going to the other location because there were NO barbers when I last walked in to the E. Silverado location & I had an appointment,just don’t deal with this location if you don’t have to,it’s always messed up haircuts,drama,unprofessional barbers & the owner backs them up on how they treat their customers,just pathetic.This is ridiculous and unprofessional on so many levels. I don’t care how talented you are at your craft, if you have terrible customer service and don’t even have the decency to act in a professional manner then don’t work in a field where you serve others. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
