Negative experience: Not what it was. I was happily a member for 5 years but the feel of the place declined in my final 2 years.. You lost your best stylists due to poor management. Member's lounge closed and never reopened. When I didn't renew my membership, you didn't care.

Fantastic experience: The Gents Place is a hidden Gem. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Sarah and offered a drink, to your stylist and course experience, it's awesome. I have the privilege of having Angie as my stylist. She is simply the best. Any course you choose is great. Sarah does a fantastic job of explaining all of them. I highly recommend The Gents Place in Summerlin.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Terrance for the better part of three years and couldn’t be happier. Does a great job with the hair and beard and great conversation.

Fantastic experience: I have been a customer at The Gents Place for two years now and an annual member for one. I will definitely be renewing. My normal stylist is Kortni G and she is GREAT! Always greets me with a smile and keeps the conversation lively! She’s also extremely attentive to any requests you make when it comes to style or hair care. If Kortni isn’t available, you really can’t go wrong with anyone on the list. Each stylist are great at what they do! Another special shout out for all of the ladies at the front desk Sonia, Selia, and Sarah. All three do a great job taking care of all of the clients that walk through the door, first time customers and annual members alike. They make you feel right at home and even get to know your preferences after a few visits. I highly recommend the annual membership if you have the predictability in your schedule. It makes the cost much more efficient in the long run. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: By far one of the most extra experiences when going to go get my hair cut, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Right off the bat, the environment felt high-end however the entire crew made it feel very warm and approachable. I had Leslie as my barber, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and an amazing conversationalist. She raised my standards on what to look for in a hair cut for myself, and I definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to try this location out.

All of the staff are extremely courteous and helpful and go out of their way to ensure I have everything I could need. They have a wide variety of services above and beyond the typical barber or stylist, and multiple pricing options including membership discounts for added convenience. Nathan is extremely diligent and professional. He remembers all of my preferences, and has them written down just in case to ensure I get the exact cut and beard trim that I am looking for. He's also good at responding to my mood... engaging in lively conversation when I want to, and sticking to the job when I don't. Overall, by far the best barbershop I have ever experienced!

Fantastic experience: In the 9 months or so I’ve been a member here at this location, I’ve had mostly one grooming specialist Kortni that has gotten to know me, and has gone out of her way to suggest certain products or services that I may have never thought of before. Frankly I definitely haven’t thought of something like the 7 Course package here, that includes a great cut to your style, head massage, shampoo, hand wax, and more. I recommend Kortni G. to any guy that needs a consistent grooming experience to look at your best. The shop also seems to refresh the product line frequently, so be sure to check that out if your budget allows.

Once again, never been to this barbershop, but Leslie's professionalism and genuine want to make me look the best and confident is next level. I normally don't do surveys, but her performance was top tier and I had to let you guy's know how truly amazing of a worker she is and follow her lead as the epitome of a great worker and person. Fantastic experience: I first started to come here after my old barber broke up with me and the "gents" (that's what I call all the ladies that work here), they immediately filled the clump of hair sized hole in my heart. Karla is my go to stylist. It's not just because she does a good job cutting my hair, it's also because she always laughs at my jokes, even if I say the same jokes every time. Look, when you get a hot towel taken off your face and you don't make a joke and say "it's a boy!" then you're just boring, sorry! The gents at the front desk are always awesome too. Yeah, they understand I'm there for a haircut, but more importantly they know I'm there for the free dum-dum lollipop. Sure they cost .35¢ at the store, but this is a lollipop EARNED, and our founding fathers famously said, "a lollipop earned tastes twice as sweet" (don't Google it!) Keep it up, gents!
