The door was locked and I was about to give up on the idea and Theo (the barber) happened to be walking in and even tho they are usually closed to walk ins on this day, he squeezed me in and gave me an amazing haircut. Theo took the time to really listen to what I wanted, paid close attention to detail, and shaped my beard perfectly to suit my face. The lines were clean, the length was spot-on, and everything felt intentional—not rushed. On top of that, the overall experience was relaxed and professional, which made it even better. I walked out feeling sharp, confident, and well taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to work with a beard, I highly recommend Theo!

I came in with my kids for haircuts all around as they had a couple of openings (usually they are booked full because they're such a popular spot). Fantastic experience: Great spot for a haircut in Kamms Corners area. Barbers were very friendly. Haircut looked great and the price was fair. The space was very clean and well maintained.

Positive experience: This place is okay wasn’t happy with my sons lineup but I told myself that it is a barber school so what can I expect, and besides that the staff was okay it just didn’t feel inviting to me .

Negative experience: Went here every 2 to 3 weeks for about 6 months. One time I couldn't make my appt I canceled the day before... 20 hrs before and they still charged me 30 dollars. Horrible way to treat a repeat customer. Never missed an appt before this. Not sure why anyone would give them business. Best part was the next day I saw they filled my appt time as well

From someone who has been coming here since I was 15 (now I’m 22), I have seen nothing but one big family. Everyone supports everyone. Fantastic experience: Love this shop for anything hair and beard! I usually keep my cut pretty simple but Rico has always left me looking good and I always see people leaving with alot more swagger than they walked in with. They have a wide variety of services and skilled barbers for whatever you need. Prices are reasonable for a quick cut and this is the only place I'll let touch my beard (trims are cheap if you add it in to a haircut). All scheduling is online, which I love for the simplicity and appointments almost always start on time.

He's friendly, asks what i want done each time just to be sure, and always does an amazing job. While i can't speak for the other barbers, I've never seen a bad cut leave the building.

Fantastic experience: The only barber shop I go to in Cleveland. I moved from South Carolina back in January 2019 and I barber hopped over 3 different spots. My hair can be pretty difficult to cut if you haven't been trained well (a lot of cow licks and receding-ish hairline.) As soon as I stopped by here, I knew it was for me. Haircuts are $12. Walk-ins are basically the only way they do business which i love (try to go during lunch or during the week because otherwise it can be a long wait. There are 8 chairs always full. The guys who cut the hair are all super fun, energetic and engaging with clients and with one another. I've had my hair cut by 3 different guys and have loved it each time. Don't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Brandon at West Park. I've been bouncing around to a few barbers trying to find someone that knows how to cut my my style of hair. Had a great experience at Refinery but it was looking for something closer to home. Wise Guys was luxurious experience, but didn't get a great hair cut. West Park is a classic barber shop with good people and folks that focus on hair and only the hair Brandon was a professional young man that listed to what I wanted and gave advise to help me get to the look I was going for. He didn't rush through my cut, and gave me a great fade (surprisingly this is hard to find for some reason). The beard trim got me to the clean professional look I wanted but still kept a good amount of length to it. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: Brian C. pulled out all the stops. He asked questions and listened closely to make sure he could deliver what I wanted, and he did just that. My dude had a warm towel ready when he was done and the shaving cream was even heated. And the haircut was excellent. Good conversation as well. They are all nice guys and from what Brian told me, they seem to be pretty good friends, regularly spending time together away from work. I thought that pretty was cool. The price is very good so you can afford to tip the guys what they deserve. All skilled barbers. 5 stars all day long
