6 months ago Fantastic experience: Ivan was unfortunately busy, so I decided to book with Liz. Liz is also fantastic! They cut my hair just the way I like it! They made me feel great! I definitely will be scheduling with Liz again! Review from a year ago: Ivan has been my go-to barber since I’ve moved to Dadeland. It’s hard finding a good barber, as I’m sure a lot of people know. I use to travel to Hollywood before to see someone, but I no longer have a vehicle, so had to find someone local to my area. You should really give him a try if you’re in the area. He’s phenomenal in giving you suggestions, especially if you want to try something new. He’s a great conversation maker, and will definitely brighten your day. It’s very hard to find someone like him. He’s a dime a dozen. On a side note: The decor is great, and would like to see the inflatable snowman back, as it added some additional charm to the place! :)

I have gone to a few places and never had an experience as good as this. 100% would recommend Armando to friends and family. The parking lot is located just under the shop making it very convenient.

1 year ago Negative experience: Second time cutting hair with Fabel. Both times I’ve asked him to cut my hair a certain way and he just does whatever he wants. First time I thought maybe I didn’t explain what I wanted correctly and made it a point to be specific about how I wanted my hair cut this time and he went ahead and did what he wanted to do anyways. When I pressed him about it he said that he knew what he was doing because he had been cutting hair since 2012. Second and last time at this location, maybe I’ll try the one in Pinecrest but definitely won’t be returning. If I’m paying $60+ for a haircut the least you can do is listen to what I want done to my hair. Thank god it’s only hair and it grows back.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I’ve always struggled with having barbers mess my haircuts up due to my very straight hair. Ever since I’ve started going here 2 years ago, my haircuts have never looked so good. Fabel cut my hair most recently, and he did an exceptional job. Other times I’ve had my hair cut by Rey, and he’s also amazing. The haircuts are definitely on the expensive side, but you get top notch quality here!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to find a new barber as my old one got too comfortable and sadly ended up messing my hair after growing it out for a year. I came with nerves and left with ease. From start to finish I felt like I was in good hands with Lisette. She took her time and was very attentive to detail, from the taper, to parting and styling my curls, I have never felt more comfortable in a barbers chair.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: IVAN IVAN IVAN IVANNNNNN IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME, u can't even say the term GOAT because he is THE MAN, THE ONE AND ONLY. When I tell u this guy is a legend, I say probably a few words, not even a full sentence to demonstrate what I want and he goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. i had been going to the same barber for years before I met Ivan and it was always a mess, now I go in and I know even if I dont ask him to do something specific that he will KILL IT, HE ALWAYS KILLS IT. he is the best barber at the spot, he is the best barber I the world. great guy, always great to talk to. extremely relatable, but back to the haircuts. he is a 10/10 friend, and barber. never fails me, has never had me think otherwise. BEST BARBER IN TOWN, BEST BARBER IN THE SPOT, BEST BARBER IN MIAMI, BEST BARBER IN FLORIDA. PSA... I plan on moving to New York in a year, and I will be going out of my way to fly back just for his haircuts. no one else will touch my hair but this legend.

Ivan is especially extremely talented and really knows what kind of haircut suits you. I took my little nephew here and I can say that Ivan is the only one he wants to cut his hair now. 2 years ago Negative experience: Awesome setting/aesthetic but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and here’s why. I prepaid 47$ for an appointment at 5pm yet I received an email at 4:56pm stating my card was charged for 70$. Haircut wasn’t terrible but it definitely wasn’t worth the sneaky upcharge. What a time to be alive I guess

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Alejandro C. is awesome. People bilingual, kind offering drinks of choice as desired; got a chilled nice glass of water. He spent 1 hour, gave complimentary haircut free of charge, patient to any requests, and I actually had to ask him so I could place a tip. He did not ask for a tip at all! Great attitude, great people.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Just wanted to come in by and recommend the crème drive la crème but the name of Ivan Blanco, that not only became my favorite barber of all times, but became a therapist and a cool as friend. If you’re looking for an amazing haircut, a bonding experience and just a hell of a lot of fun, look no further Ivan is the man for you! 2 years ago Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for my boyfriend with Olyver. Truly an amazing experience my boyfriend loved how his haircut came out. Olyver did a phenomenal job at cutting my boyfriend’s hair like how he wanted and treated both of us with such respect and professionalism. I have recommended him plenty and will continue to recommend him. Will continue to cutting his hair with Olyver.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Sam is the best, I've been bringing my son to Sam for a few years now and he insists that no one else cut his hair. It's not just a cut either, Sam talks to his guests and listens, even offering advice. We'll continue to come to this barbershop as long as Sam is there. God bless

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Nicole is a pro! She took the time to analyze my hair, including my many cowlicks, and style I was going for. She nailed it! The establishment is really nice and they provide complimentary drinks (alcohol) while you wait and or get your cut.

3 years ago Negative experience: Probably a decent place to get a haircut but unfortunately haircut was done incorrectly. been growing out my hair for almost two years and finally decided to get it cut and styled. looked around and came across this place I called ahead of time and they said anyone could handle long hair and they said I would get a consultation and hair wash etc. Came in and just kind of jumped into the haircut no wash which is fine the haircut is more important. showed several pictures and specified 3 times I only wanted the sides cut to my ears and a wolf cut (layers) that could still be grabbed into a bun. well unfortunately I got the basic shave all the way around and when I noticed it was too late, no layers were done either just the tips cut off, the bun was left super full and heavy. Not a terrible cut but not great or what I asked for at all. I had to do the layers myself when I got home and remove volume from the bun. sadly wasn't a good experience and if your going for a very popular hairstyle your probably fine but maybe styling something out of the norm might not be the best place to go. tldr: haircut after 2 years of growing and while not bad, didn't get what I asked for which I was hoping to get due to paying the premium for this place

They treat you extremely well and make sure you are satisfied with their service. From offering you a drink, to washing your hair, to engaging in conversation, it's honestly the best barbershop experience and atmosphere you could ask for, hands down.

3 years ago Fantastic experience: Emily is by far the best barber ever. If you are going to get a cut or beard trim you need to ask for Emily. She dont just cut hair she has fixed my skin it smother and better. Always feel better after.
