Negative experience: This was my first visit and it will be my last. I arrived 10 minutes early after a 20-minute drive and even paid for parking, only to receive a call while waiting that my appointment was being cancelled because the barber, Brian, couldn’t make it on time because he was at his dentist appointment. Their website is extremely strict about cancellations—requiring a credit card and outlining fees—yet they don’t seem to hold themselves to the same standard. I was hesitant to book with Brian given some of the comments, but I decided to give him a chance. Unfortunately, he proved a reason for concern. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: This is my new home to get my hair cut. In the 3 years of having short hair I've never been to a stylist/barber who provided this level of quality service as James Burge did today. Truly the guy is friendly and incredibly skilled — my cut is perfect, even, and it all happened SO fast. He even shaved my hairy neck lmao. Genuinely could not have asked for a better experience today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Negative experience: I got the worst haircut of my life. The hair at the back was uneven, and there was a chunk missing in the middle. I didn’t notice until I got home, so I went back and asked Brian to fix it. Unfortunately, he made it ten times worse, and I ended up doing a full buzz cut. To be fair, he did refund the money, and my wife’s reaction to my bald head was admittedly pretty funny. But overall, it was a terrible experience.

Positive experience: well, at least he didn’t mess up my hair all that bad. I went to get a fade and instead of what I got was pretty solid conversation, but not a lot of hair cutting. not to lie, I was dissatisfied with a haircut at the end, but I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up about it.

I like being able to see his availability at a glance. So much better than calling, asking, coordinating with a receptionist, etc.

Negative experience: I'm ashamed of the way I look. She literally did the opposite of what I asked and I can only assume why. I am so sad with how i look I don't want to go into public or see friends or family for a couple of months until my hair grows back. I'm just so sad. Don't be like me, don't have your entire year runied by going to the wrong place.

Everybody there is very professional, welcoming and friendly; it always feels like you are part of their group. Online booking has made the process extremely efficient, with little to no wait, which is much appreciated! Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best haircut of my life here and the worst. The best came from Tina, I have never left her chair disappointed. The worst came from Koda (the one time I didn’t book with a specific barber), who started by roasting my hair and then wouldn’t stop blabbing about his take on the Israel/Palestine conflict. He took twice as long as Tina does and gave me such a bad cut that two days later I booked an appointment with Tina and buzzed it off. Go with Tina
