Fantastic experience: Super underrated barbershop. I recently changed barbershop and found this place. My guys junior and Danny took care of me, and I've been going there ever since. The skills are very good but also simply because they honor appointments. I was tired of other places with barbers giving appointments, and then when I arrived to find out 2 other are ahead of me drove me away. This place has had open dialog regarding the importance of walk-ins customs and appointments. They make sure they are fair to the customers and to each other as professionals.

Negative experience: Honestly im not even the type to ever complain about a damn haircut but here I am…..all I did was ask the guy to not cut my hair on the sides because I’m growing it, he says okay then proceeds to cut all of it off I truly just don’t understand why in the hell he stood in front of me and asked me what I wanted just to do the complete opposite……

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I showed Adrian a reference photo of exactly what I wanted. The dude didn’t speak a lick of English (even though he lives in the United States) so he had to have someone translate. Not sure how much got lost in translation but it’s like he forgot every single instruction I gave and forgot what the photo looked like. I told him to keep the length in the back and trim the sides to still be long, but shorter than the back. It’s as if I handed a 5 year old a pair of scissors and told him to go to town. Before I even had a chance to say anything he IMMEDIATELY started chopping the back where I specifically told him to keep the length so I couldn’t have told him to stop because of how fast he went without even trying. I didn’t even realize how bad it truly was until I got home and let my hair get back to its natural state. He ended up making the back shorter than the sides and I even had to remind him to trim a part he forgot about. It was so bad that I had to go to another place to try and salvage the abysmal job Adrian did. Even they were appalled at how choppy and unprofessional his work was. I will never come back to this barber shop ever again and if possible I would like a full refund, and whatever you do, do NOT request Adrian!!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would . They completely butchered my son’s hair for the first of school. Showed them exactly what I wanted and they did what they wanted. After I said something they were talking in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand saying what he did was better then what I asked for. It has nothing to do with me and everything to do with the kid who now doesn’t want to go to tomorrow. The woman at the front apologized made excuses and didn’t charge me for the haircut but it has nothing to do with the money I was willing to pay for what I asked for I wasn’t looking for a discount. The picture on the left is what I asked for and the right is what they decided was apparently better.

Negative experience: When I ask how long the wait is and you say 10 minutes, I have the choice to leave or wait. I chose to sit with my 3 children, under 5, but then we proceed to sit for 30 minutes and still no acknowledgement on an update? poor customer service. I specifically asked if I needed an appt since you clearly accept them as others walked in and sat in between. So next time do everyone a favor and give an accurate wait time. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. If I had known it would be a 30+ minute wait I never would have sat there because I knew it would be an additional 30+ minutes which isn’t really realistic with my littles, which is why I attempted to plan. Thanks 2nd time yall have pulled this. Gave you the benefit of the doubt 1st time.

Negative experience: Venezuela doesnt cut hair here anymore. He was the best male barber I've ever had. Sunday I came in and they said it would be about an hour, I came back an hour later and wound up waiting there for another hour and 20 min. Samuel, my barber, should have just taken the day off.. he was stressed about a car accident and it showed because I received one of the sloppiest haircuts ever.. he didn't even use a scissors.. just ran a buzzer over my head, and was moving way too fast for someone who waited an additional hour and 20 min than originally quoted. The amount they were off on the time quote I figured I'd give them a chance, as I have always gotten fantastic haircuts here.. but the more I look in the mirror, I just have to think about how this will go grow back and go away. Never coming back here again.

Negative experience: Horrible barber shop half the people in there don’t even know what I’m saying I paid 40 dollars just so my my hair cut and my facial hair to get messed up they do not know how to follow direction I do not recommend you to go there

Negative experience: Booked an appointment 24 hours ahead of time, day of the appointment Barber (Harold) wasn’t in the shop because he “was partying the night before” no courtesy call to let me know he wasn’t going to be there or reschedule, not the first time they have open bookings for unavailable barbers, management needs to tighten up.

Negative experience: I’d give it no stars if I could, my son came in with a full head of curls, he asked for a trim on top & even showed him a photo. See for yourself if it even looks the same, he literally cut off all his curls & im not sure where he learned to do a fade but it’s horrible. Pretty sure they had the guy who sweeps the floor cut my son’s hair, wasn’t even the guy I scheduled an appt with. Don’t waste your $$ or your time going here.i even said something when my son walked out upset & the response was he did exactly what the photo looked like. Tell me these are the same haircut ??

Negative experience: I’ve had my nephew’s hair cut here before as well as my bf’s son, both times were good experiences but not today. We booked an appt yesterday for a child’s haircut this morning at 10 AM when the shop opened. My bf and his son arrived on time, two other people were also there for a cut. The barber asked who had an appt, my bf stated that he did, the other two said nothing. The barber started speaking Spanish to the other two customers then proceeded to tell my bf that he would have to wait until after the other two were serviced (even though he was the the only one who spoke up and said he had a appointment to begin with). Needless to say he decided to leave since they didn’t honor the appointment and decided to take the other two in front of him. We will not be returning. We My bf felt bc he was not Spanish the barber decided to make him wait while he took the other two customers who just so happen to be Spanish.

Fantastic experience: Arrived as a walk-in and ended up being helped by Eric, who gave me a great haircut. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I was out of there sooner than I expected. Will definitely be going back to see him again.
