Fantastic experience: I came across Roosters a few months ago and so glad I did. Jonathan is the absolute best there is ! He understands exactly what you want even if you can't spell it out completely yourself. He's also the ONLY person I've ever come across that makes sure you don't get ANY hair down your shirt so you don't itch the rest of the day unless you go home to shower and change. 5 stars isn't enough for Jonathan or Roosters !!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Roosters and I am very glad that I went. I had a great time getting my hair cut by DeMichael, he is wonderful. I had neglected my hair for longer than I should have which gave him quite the challenge to work through but he took his time, paid attention to detail, and ended up giving me an awesome cut. He asked plenty of questions to make sure he gave me exactly what I wanted and frequently made sure I was comfortable with everything he was doing with my hair. He was also very friendly and enjoyable to talk to during my visit. I left there feeling refreshed and like I had just visited with an old friend. I think this is a fantastic place to come get a haircut and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others. Thanks for everything DeMichael!

Fantastic experience: You know how difficult it can be to find a barber who actually... listens to what you're looking for, instead of just giving you a standard cut? I stopped into Roosters in Ballantyne and booked with Nicole. She’s only been in the area for about five weeks... so she’s relatively new to the shop. But, I have to say... it was easily the best haircut I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone with the technical skills to get it right the first time... you might want to see if she has an opening. I’ll definitely be going back.

Negative experience: I came in and slipped and fell on the wet floor that didn't have a sign. I shrugged it off and when I sat down they were so aggressive and shoving me around. I don't not recommend this place at all. If I could give it a zero I would. Terrible service

Negative experience: I got seen by the old Asian woman and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. I asked for an incredibly simple man’s style and instead, she cut off way more hair than I wanted, and tried to comb out my curly hair so it would be straight. I wish I could have left a negative tip.

Negative experience: While booking the appointment i was told there will be full service cutting hair beard shape (minor touch) also before and after shampoo and conditioner with nose and ear hair cutting NONE of this was done. 2 i showed him photo i want this haircut still he didnt do as per photo and didnt even cut or trimmed the hair perfectly. have to ask him to proper cut. Still, he was arguing, also didn't bother to clean properly whole process was done in 13 mins. Just a horrible cut he made after coming home; I have to trim the remaining hairs by myself. I insist that if you are charging money, you should give proper service, such a disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: Great place to get a haircut. Very clean. Fun professional atmosphere. The app makes appointments easy and reminders helpful. Ballantyne is blowing up… book an appt but they do take walk ins but may be a wait. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and see Alexandra. She’s amazing! Especially for guys losing some hair (like me). Oh and she’s great with beards.

Fantastic experience: Came in here for the first time today. Blown away by my experience. I have longer hair and I Was a little skeptical Because I always have that fear of a barber cutting my hair short. But Erin made me feel like I was on an episode of pimp my ride. She did such a great job and she would explain her process of cutting my hair, and even shared some knowledge with me about cutting hair that I found really interesting. She seemed really genuine and was a perfectionist at heart making sure to ask me if everything was good and if I like the look of my hair. Very happy and if I had to suggest anybody it would be Erin. Negative experience: Stylist was inappropriate the entire time. Cut the skin on my neck with her scissors, and immediately cut the hair shorter then asked leading me to say “i guess we’ll have to take the rest off, what else can we do”. Barber was Erin.
