Fantastic experience: Went here for the first time way over due for a cut, gave super vague instructions to my guy Roman and we was very accommodating, gave me exactly what I wanted and was super open about what he was doing and how he was doing. Plus, the environment in the shop was awesome.

Negative experience: I'm highly skeptical of who cuts my hair. The same lady at a Sports Clips in Houston where I'm from has cut my hair for the last 5 years or more, but I do not plan on going back to Texas anytime soon. You can look in my previous reviews and see where I praised her on always making me feel confident! I chose you all because by the looks of your website and overall reviews, you seem to really understand your clients. You talk about catering to your thousands of them but what about "walk-ins" Due to my work schedule, I am not really able to "book an appointment" Apparently the option to "Stop by today" simply as a walk-in is off the table, which is highly inconvenient for people like me with inconsistent or on call work schedules. I first stopped by but immediately got rushed out because they're "appointment only and were full for the evening.." I then called to ask what happens to the spot when someone has canceled on a barber and she proceeded to explain that it was pretty much up to the barbers discretion. Which was cool! I would have gladly sat around for a little bit or left my name and number for someone to call me if something became available this evening or tomorrow. But as I stated, I was rushed out like a fly that just flew in behind someone!! I can't even remember her name, but the lady inside and whom I assume answered the phone when I called, just had that "we get business regardless; we're too busy for you; good luck elswhere" type attitude/tone to her. I don't expect a royal treatment, but damn, a little more consideration for someone who just walks in to your place looking for a trim, could mean another loyal customer and their friends or who ever they know becoming one as well!!

Negative experience: Worst haircut I ever got by Ben . Kicked me out the chair without doing my beard because he “didn’t have time” had to go home from the barber shop and shave . I’ll never be back. I could of done that my self in the mirror

Fantastic experience: Cam always gives me the best haircuts. When I moved to this area a few years ago, I tried several different shops before I found Motley Crew. I tried a few different barbers at the shop, and Cam is definitely the best. I would say that the cuts he gives are the best I've had from any barber, here or anywhere else. He takes his time, listens to what I want, and always delivers a flawless cut. I would HIGHLY recommend him and this shop.

Negative experience: Prepare to be underwhelmed. I scheduled a beard trim and my barber did not even run a comb through my beard. Used the straight razor on my cheeks but not my neck. No hot towel. I could have done the same at home.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Heather for hair extensions and lashes for years now. I can honestly say she is the only person I trust when it comes making sure my hair is done correctly and looks amazing. I have gone to multiple salons to apply hair extensions and the only time my hair has maintained and increased in health is with Heather. Not only is she honest but respectful and supportive. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment or needing accommodations with time. 10/10 I have recommended her to multiple people and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I’ve have been going here for about three years and Heather is my barber. She’s the best and it took about two years to find a good barber in the Worcester area. She’s very professional and personable and provides excellent suggestions for hair care. Before Heather cut my hair and beard I have many ingrown hairs and razor bumps. She suggested ways to get rid of theses issues. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a hair cut.

Fantastic experience: I bring my son and nephew to Heather for a cut every other month and she is amazing! We struggled to find a barber who does men’s scissor cuts and she always gets it exactly how they want it. Great shop, clean, friendly and reasonably priced!

Negative experience: Called immediately after they opened to reschedule my appointment due to our unexpected snow event. Heather told me it was under 6 hrs and they couldn't do it and I would be charged. Have 6" of snow on a steap pitched road and cannot get out. She wouldn't even try to help...Horrible customer service from her.

Fantastic experience: I've had a few appointments over at Motley Crew Barber with Devin. Amazing customer service, makes me feel comfortable and relax while taking care of my hair. 10/10 stars!

Negative experience: I will not be going back to this place I tried to look for a different barber but my experience here wasn’t good the ppl are good but my barber (Ben) did not do a good job on the cut I asked for he kept stopping every couple mins to answer text messages I asked for a skin fade he couldn’t even get it right he didn’t even do a line up I had to ask for one then he barely even did a skin fade my hair isn’t blended good at all like it suppose to as a skin fade i also asked him to trim my beard and to just leave my goat T and he failed at that so i just went home and fixed my own hair bc it was just terrible I just won’t be going back not worth going their I tried a new barber and that just showed me why I wouldn’t be changing barber

I was a little nervous before hand as this was my first time at the shop and didn’t know how it would turn out. Fantastic experience: We've been here a few times now, getting haircuts for both me and my teenage son. We've sat with both Taylor and Sydni, and their work is fantastic. They know their craft, listen carefully, and make good suggestions. And the atmosphere is casual and upbeat.

Positive experience: Overall not great, but not terrible. I would recommend Motley for a more basic haircut but for more complex/longer hairstyles I can’t recommend them. Good atmosphere inside and the space they’re in is quite nicely styled. I chose Emily since previous reviews mentioned she’s good with cuts. I have longer hair, so I showed her a photo of my hair at a previous point asking for it to be cut to that length. The cut ended up taking off too much hair and didn’t really look like my previous hairstyle, which was a bummer. It was a bit sloppy in places too, but I arrived 5 minutes late so perhaps there wasn’t enough time to make final touches. But hair grows back and perhaps my cut was a fluke - it happens!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a couple places around the Worcester area for my hair cuts and now I’m settled in on Mya in Worcester she was recommended to me by my buddy and she did not disappoint. She’s cut me 5 times now and she always gives me exactly what I ask for and when I give her the freeedom to freelance she’s always hitting it and I’m never in the chair for too long she great and efficient. If you need a cut try her for sure. I’m sure everyone here is good but she crushes it!

Super friendly staff that contributes to a welcoming and clean environment. They stay busy, so make an appointment online. Thank me later! The hair grows back evenly; somehow she cuts the hair so even, it grows back and still looks good enough to get you to the next cut. Due to Em’s funny and calming personality and her incredible haircuts, my son thoroughly enjoys haircuts now. Em is now the only person allowed to touch his hair. As a teenager they have some questionable hairstyles but Em easily adapts to all his new styles and makes sure he feels handsome every haircut. 11/10 recommend her for all ages and all styles she’s a beast!!! ✂️

Fantastic experience: From walking in to sitting down in the chair of the barbershop, you could just feel the vibe of the barbers there. They are a wonderful barbershop who cares about their customers and creates a homely environment with the movies or music that is being played. The barbers aren't there to just cut your hair and get you out the door. They are there to get to know you and learn new facts about you to create a new friendship. People say that you never cheat on your barbers and I will definitely not be doing this.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment over a month in advance, received a text confirmation and when I arrived I was told my appointment was canceled because Zack moved out of state. Never got any notification, email or text message. Extremely disappointed with their service. They offered an appointment for over a month from now. Time to look for a better and more reliable person.

Fantastic experience: Mya just gave my son a great cut! He has hated all the last cuts at places I've taken him. He said he only wants to go there now, which is big coming from him. It's a really nice barbershop. Felt very comfortable there.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time here and it was a great experience. I Move out here from the Boston area and needed a new place after letting my hair grow for most of the year. Ben did a great job and I think I’ve found my new go-to shop. Nice atmosphere and the area of town offers a nice assortment of shopping and dining.

Negative experience: I had a recurring haircut appointment with the owner for two years but unfortunately he was unable to honor that due to contractual obligations to someone in Texas for hair systems and his every other month vacations. I was forced to reschedule my appointments regularly making it incredibly difficult to get a consistent haircut this isn’t the shop for you if you want consistency from you’re business owner. Motley Crew Barber Company Arriving late once for a appointment you rescheduled is no reason to discontinue service. Funny I don’t hear you complaining about my years of loyalty and consistent business every two weeks for years even paying for the appointments I missed (except) the last one. I would hardly characterize 12 to 15 rescheduled appointments over the years as a “couple” conflicts that’s a hard ask when customers have tight schedules. Zack The review is correct I arrived at 10:06 for my regularly scheduled 10:00am appointment unfortunate that you would paint such a long valued customer as some random angry person who showed up very late looking for service.

Fantastic experience: My boys won't go to anyone besides Heather for their haircuts!!! They love that it comes out exactly how they want it every time. And....Heather always has good suggestions for colors in my hair and the outcome is always fabulous! The shop is always clean, all the employees are interactive and fun. I absolutely would suggest this shop to anyone who wants a great haircut experience

Fantastic experience: This shop is fantastic. My first time inside was a little intimidating, purely because of how clean and professional it looked. Fast forward six months later, I have never felt more welcomed in a shop. The type of people working there make you feel a part of the crew. They tie you into their conversations to ease any unsteadiness, regardless of age. I’ve seen children come in with a worrisome face on (newbies to the barber), but leave smiling and high-fiving about their new cut. I couldn’t speak any more highly of everyone working there. They love their work, and you can 100% feel it.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Motley Crew Barber Shop and I must say, it was an awesome experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The shop itself has a cool and edgy vibe. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into creating a unique and enjoyable space for customers. As for the haircut itself, I couldn't be happier. Cyndi is skilled and attentive, taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivering it with precision. The end result was a fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations. In addition to the great haircut, Motley Crew also offers a range of other services such as beard trims and hot towel shaves. I haven't tried these yet, but based on my experience with the haircut, I have no doubt that they would be equally as excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Motley Crew Barber Shop. The combination of friendly staff, awesome atmosphere, and top-notch haircuts make it a standout in the barber shop scene. I will definitely be returning for all my future grooming needs.

Fantastic experience: We went to see them today in their NEW location in WESTBROUGH. My daughter was so excited afterward. Dani took the to time game plan and suggested ideas with my daughter and wife for a great haircut. Overall 5 star experience!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my 18 month old in for a haircut and let’s just say he was not an easy customer! Jose was so incredibly patient the entire time! He didn’t rush us at all and it made the experience a little better, although my son was not cooperating. I highly recommend this establishment and definitely Jose!
