Fantastic experience: Great experience today with Antonio. If there’s one profession to be OCD in, it’s barbering, and that’s exactly what Antonio was. I went in looking for a 4 to a 1 fade and he did just that and blended it in perfectly with the top. He’s definitely a master of his craft. Book him now!!!

Negative experience: Grey-haired guy (Antonio) is unprofessional and disrespectful. He gave my a hair a 10-min rush job, cut corners, and responded rudely to a request for a slight touch up. He also made multiple rude comments and said I had attitude for calling him out. All the other guys were taking their time with their customers so I became last in and first out. Keep in mind that I had an appointment and waited 20min. In the end he had the courage to ask if I wanted change back… the answer was yes.

Fantastic experience: Got my hair cut Saturday and was extremely impressed. Not only by the smooth, high fade that Antonio carved up perfectly for me, but the atmosphere itself. The shop was spotless. All three barbers were very polite and took the time to actually understand how everyone getting a cut actually wanted it cut. And as a cherry on top, the music was on point as well. Over all, a great experience, and I definitely plan to go back

Fantastic experience: Been coming to Satana in Worcester for close to 7 years now. For the past 5, Tony has been cutting my hair! There was a period in between when I went to the Santana location in Holden, but I am back coming to Worcester to see Tony! The consistency of haircut, which for me is a high skin fade , is spot on every time. It's very easy to book an appt using the app. Keep up the good work!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment in advance and with the understanding that it was gonna be $35 (as stated on the booking page) for a line up. The barber named Antonio was horrible and cheated me of additional $15.

Negative experience: Ask how much the cut is going to be before they start. Just got my hair braided and needed a simple line up, this is what I said on the phone. I got there and Antonio says ok I’m just lining you up “and the sides”? I say yea. “The sides” brought it to $35 cuz he trimmed it down (something I didn’t even want) and he says it would’ve been $10 if I didn’t ask him to trim it. Make your money but don’t mislead customers. Dirty business move.

Fantastic experience: Elijah is a really talented barber. He is attentive to detail and gives a great cut. He gave me a suggestion on what type of fade would work best with my hair. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise…I’m really happy with end result and definitely will be going back. Everyone at the barbershop is welcoming and it’s a good atmosphere. Negative experience: Terrible when I asked for a haircut they gave me diffrent haircut and it was dirty still had hair from another person also cut my hair to high then started arguing with us and charged 30 dollars worst haircut of my life I would never go here ever again

Positive experience: great little shop, pretty skilled barbers, decent conversation, but also not a ton of chitchat days I don't feel like talking much. one experience was a little off-putting, but harmless enough... I didn't take the barber's offer one time to trim up my eyebrows, and he said they needed trimming, "like real bad"

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the guy named Antonio, i had two appointments one with haircut and beard and other with just beard trims, when i reached the store and sat on chair he was like we don’t take appointments for beards and being very rudely tied the cloth too tight to my neck and when i told him to stop being rude, he just removed the cloth very rudely and started to speak all rubbish. Do you guys don’t know how to build customer relations?? Whoever the owner of the particular store is kindly make a note to take action against this guy..! Negative experience: The most worst place to ever go. Please don't waste your money on them. I had the worst experience ever. Such an unprofessional staff. Canceling your appointments arguing if asked for uninformed cancellation. Change rates Everytime to rip you off. So please there are so many other around. Avoid them especially one of the staff member Antonio. He charges more Everytime wanted to rip you and also will change your appointment upon arrival. And disrespectful behavior.

Negative experience: One of the worst haircuts i’ve had, effortless and rushed. I got fooled by so many positive reviews and decided to come here. Antonio didn’t care at all and just ignored me saying i wanted to take just a little off on top and cut all my hair plus it is all uneven. never again!!

Negative experience: Showed a picture to Antonio of what I wanted (short but keeping some length for curls- we are talking an inch max). As soon as he started I noticed that all my hair being cut off had my roots with it. I wanted to trust the process because I had only ever done my own hair before, but I knew it was too short immediately. I still wanted to trust Antonio so I didn’t say anything but I was pretty much bald leaving the shop. I was almost going to ask for a buzz cut anyway but I did want to keep some of the length I had (as I also asked). Pictures of what I wanted vs how I came out below. Maybe it was just an off day but saying multiple times that I want to keep some of my hair and coming out bald was not really the best first time experience.
