Fantastic experience: I work in Doral but live far and every time I've come here it's been a great experience. So professional from the receptionist to the barber and the environment is great! I'm extremely picky and the times I've come have been last minute and they took me as a walk in and no matter which barber I've gotten I've had a great cut! Seriously awesome and I can breathe a huge sigh of relief every time!

Fantastic experience: Barber, Eduardo spent about 90 minutes on my cut. $45 for hair cut, $1.50 for using my credit card. $9.00 tip at 20%. $55.50 total. Parking ️ is horrible. You may be better off parking next store at the gas station outside the restaurant.

She has been cutting my hair since I was a freshman in high school at 14 years old, now at 23 I don’t know what I would do without her. Negative experience: I live in Australia and spent some time trying to find a good barber in South Florida. Came across this place online and coincidentally saw a photo of a friend who had gotten a fade here before. He recommended the place and Kenny specifically. I made an appointment for 11AM. I got three reschedule texts to eventually an appointment at 11:25. Came in at 11:20, Kenny was not here. After waiting 35 minutes I decided to follow up and was told he was “stuck in traffic” and could not provide an ETA. EXTREMELY disrespectful. Welcome to Miami

Positive experience: Overall, my experience at Mustache Barber Shop was mixed. The parking situation was frustrating as it took me a while to find a spot, and even though I called ahead to let them know I would be late because of the parking issue, the original barber, Kenny, refused to cut my hair due to my tardiness. However, the receptionist was very nice and accommodating, and the barber Tony who ended up cutting my hair was amazing. He did a great job and gave me some great suggestions for next time. Based on my experience with Kenny, I would give him a single star, but the overall experience with the receptionist and Tony was absolutely positive, so I would give the shop a 4-star rating.

Fantastic experience: KENNY IS MY NEW & ONLY BARBER IN MIAMI I usually like to give it couple of days before I give a review about haircuts, yeah you can decide weather you like the cut or not as soon as you’re finished but for me it’s not just if I like it as soon as it’s done. I wait to see if I’m going to get any ingrowing hair because of inexperienced/ unprofessional use of hair clipper & trimmer machines. and I get it ingrowing is very common to have after a haircut or beard trim especially around the neck area but this is where experience and professionalism come in…the direction of hair grow and direction of machine / blade use. Kenney is well aware of that. He is aware of what he’s doing. Despite the fact he is great in customer service, offered me a beer, places I should check out in Miami and great conversation I got to learn few things of. I GOT A VERY WELL DONE HIGH FADE HAIR CUT WITH ALSO A GREAT BEARD FADE THAT MERGED IN WITH MY CUT
