Fantastic experience: Dino was amazing with my little three year old girl. He is a dad to five girls and it shows- he was so sweet with her, and her haircut is adorable. She had a bad haircut at a different salon and Dino knew exactly what to do to fix it and make a style that worked with her hair. His attention to detail and expertise is unmatched and he's the best we've ever had (and I have three kids). We will go back to Dino every single time.

I randomly got matched with Jessica....showed her my headshot...and she went to work. 15 minutes later she had me looking as good as I'm able to look without AI and filters....i will definitely be heading back

Negative experience: Came in a bit early for an appointment. Was welcomed as I walked in and told it would just be a few minutes. 25 minutes past my scheduled time I had still not been taken while employees were cutting each other's hair. Ii simply walked out at that point.

Fantastic experience: I won't go anywhere for my hair cuts than to Savannah at V's Barbershop - Carlsbad. Booking online is easy and Savannah always runs on time, providing a great every time. She is very engaging, professional and skilled. The atmosphere is comfortable, friendly and they have beverages while you wait, which is a nice touch.

Exactly what I asked for, she was attentive and friendly and it was an A++ experience all around. Prices are also VERY reasonable for the quality and caliber of professional service provided by all the stylists. 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: The worst experience. I regret booking for my fiancé. He never wanted his beard shaved and she never ask any questions. :( I just feel so bad and it was such a waste of money. Ughhhh I just feel bad he doesn't feel like himself and she just shaved off his face when he specifically said not trimmed to the face.

Fantastic experience: I’m a woman she/her and usually go to a salon but thought I would try a barbershop as a new experience. I have long hair and wanted the ends trimmed. I love the chair. You are practically horizontal and it’s much more comfortable for the neck than salon chairs. I had a woman barber who said that most of them are cosmetologists so they can take women. The head massage was nice and I was happy with the results after a wash, cut, hot face towel, quick blow dry and flat iron. The cost was under $70 including a 20% tip. The ambiance is nice, of course very masculine with interesting decor, beautiful sports photos of some of the greats, dark wood paneling and a TV for each station to watch the game. Mine had a football game on. The shampoo was woodsy smelling and pleasant. They also have an ice box with Pepsis and other drinks. My barber was Juliet who was very cool and nice. I probably will stick with my regular salon in the future because I prefer the flowery shampoos, but it was a good value and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding barbershop! When you make an appointment, they are ready for you when you arrive. Haircuts never take more than 30 minutes, so it's an easy in and out. All of the employees are very friendly and haircuts are excellent. This is the only barbershop I go to.

I got “The Works” which is a serious process, and totally worth it, if you have the time. I felt and looked about 5 years younger after I got out of the chair. I’ve been a client at V’s since their opening, so that in itself speaks to my satisfaction. However, it is a great barber that makes the difference and you’ll find that with Brittany. She is friendly and professional, enjoys a good laugh, is personable, and cares. Moreover she is certified to do shaves and beard trims, which takes an expert hand (and eye) to execute (not every barber at V’s can book this service).
