Negative experience: Worst place ever! We had an appointment booked with Roy for 11am. He didn’t show up until after 12pm and acted like it was no big deal. I totally don’t recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: Was 4 months over grown and my barber had cancelled on me 3 times so I go to House Of Fades as a last resort and it’s one of the best cuts I have ever got. The environment was amazing. It was a 10/10 experience.

Fantastic experience: We have been consistently coming here. Both my boys and husband get there haircuts with Noad. My oldest son has super straight hair and I've struggled finding places that leave him looking good each time. Noad has done an amazing job with him everytime. That's when we knew he would be their barber from now on.

Both the Jason and the facility and its personnel have been pretty great since I started coming here. Atmosphere is chill and Jason has always been spot on with his attention to detail. I basically ask for the same cut/style every time and he always nails it. Worth checking out if you’re needing a new spot.

Honestly, every single one of them is incredibly talented. Each stylist has their own unique style, yet the quality, attention to detail, and level of care are always consistent. I’ve never had a bad experience — I always leave feeling confident and looking great. What I love most is that you can truly trust anyone on the team. They’re all skilled, professional, and passionate about what they do. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Negative experience: Had a very bad experience at House of Fades. My barber Daniel was clearly rushing the haircut and didn’t listen to what I was asking for. I tried to explain what I wanted but he wasn’t interested. The haircut turned out worse than expected. Definitely not coming back.

Negative experience: Be careful! They go up on their prices often, citing that the barber is one of their advanced barbers! Also I booked an appointment the day before Christmas Eve for Christmas Eve. Wasn’t until I checked out that I was told it was an extra $10 per haircut charge for holiday hours. Kids haircuts are $35 might I add! I talked to a lady leaving with her 2 YEAR OLD AND SHE WAS CHARGED $40! Unheard of! NO SIGN NOR NO ADVANCED NOTICE. What I need them to know is I will be disputing the charge. She was nice enough to offer a discount but the fact remains, let customers know somehow before they come in expecting one thing and then find out another. What if I only came with the exact amount that I am used to paying? Trust me I understand the holiday but I don’t understand why there wasn’t a notice on the website nor the door nor when I booked my appointment. I love the barber but sadly I won’t be returning, it’s giving scamming and skimming for a dollar. Good barber but definitely not worth $35-$45 for a kid. Ain’t no celebrities coming through there lol, Can’t trust businesses like this!!!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to try this place out, since I haven't been getting great cuts at the last spot I used to frequent. I booked online with ease, and was happy with the reminders/confirmation system. The shop itself has a great vibe, and everyone was really welcoming when I walked in. Jaixon was my Barber, and I have to say he hands down provided the best experience I have ever had getting cleaned up. I showed him a couple pictures of what I was looking for and he locked in. My hair is thick, wild and has random cow licks all over. He demonstrated mastery of his craft with analyzing how my hair grew, as well as how to blend the different difficult spots together. This has always made it hard to get a high quality haircut, but Jaixon went hard in the paint with the quality. He also did an amazing job on my beard. Fade skills were on point and was surgical with the straight razer. He was very nice and exceeded expectations with his customer service skills. If you're in the market for a new spot, check this place out.

Negative experience: I took my son here for a much completely different look haircut. The inspo pic and the result were two different things. Highly disappointed in a $50 haircut and beard trim. When u brought it their attention that I wasn't happy I was basically brushed off and given some free hair product to make his his hair look like the inspo pic. Gimme a break!
