Lilah cuts my hair every time, and she delivers a consistently great cut without fail. It took me a long time to find someone I could trust for dependable, quality results, and I’m genuinely grateful I found her. She is also an awesome person who is easy to talk to, professional, and always makes the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We will be regular clients now for sure. We used V’s some years ago for my oldest grandson and always received great service. Sydnie is top notch!! The staff was very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: I love the shape I leave this location in (looking good = feeling good). I've only been here 4 times, and I've always used Maddie. The first 2 times, I just got a haircut. The last 2 I did the "deluxe" service. The first time I got this, it was outstanding! 2nd time was a letdown because it was so much further from the first experience. I'm not sure why this was, but I waited with an empty shop 17 minutes past my appointment time, and it just felt sloppy this time. I had hair patches around my ears and was cut in several areas. Honestly, it was a huge letdown because it's always been top caliber & consistent here. Consistency is critical for a barbershop, and I'm sure Maddie just had an off day. It happens. I would unequivocally refer friends & family to this location & to book with Maddie. I always purchase a hair product when I visit. They have an excellent variety to select from. However, stay away from Captain Fawcett's 'classic pomade' (it's the red one & smells fantastic). This turned into a liquid sitting in my bathroom cabinet (yes, it's climate controlled & this was not user error. Several other products are kept in the same area and don't do this). I told the person who checked me in about this, and she said, "we had the same thing happen in the shop, and it was only that specific product." It cost me $32.00, and I expected an offer to replace or refund it, but that didn't happen, and I wasn't going to press the issue . So, I purchased a different product that Maddie suggested. I don't enjoy leaving negative thoughts in a review, but that's what this platform is for. To give others an unfiltered insight into a place or service they are considering. As a patron of V's Barbershop, you pay a premium price for a premium service. This has been the only time I was dissatisfied with $100+/- service. I would recommend anyone to try out V's if you want that classic barbershop feel and high caliber grooming! I'll be back, but I'm going to try the Chenal location next time to see if this was an anomaly. If so, I will continue to schedule with V's. If anyone knows a barber at the Chenal location that they recommend for a skin fade straight razor comb over.....let me know. Also, if you served in the military, be sure to let them know for a discount! Have to love supporting companies that support vets, LEO'S, and first responders! Thank you, V'S, for that. Those of you contemplating trying this barbershop, do it. You won't regret it. My 3 star rating was in reference to the above-mentioned experience this past Thursday, 07/24/2025. Follow-up 09/04/2025 Folks, I've never taken the time to go back to a review. However, in this case it is warranted. I was contacted personally by the owner of V's Mr. Jeff. Unprompted, he refunded the full service cost and the faulty product. Explained his expectations and his business model for V's Barbershop. This is exactly what I spoke about above using the term "outstanding." Unfortunately, it's rare to engage with a business owner that executes follow-up and cares about their business's reputation enough to reach out to a patron who's only visited a total of 4 times so far. If that doesn't tell you everything you need to know about V's Barbershop and it's owner, I don't know what will. This has earned my business for all things barbershop related period! *Mr. Jeff also identified all the products in this particular line that were faulty and removed them from his shelves. If you're looking for a barbershop in the Litte Rock area, this is where you want to call home!

Fantastic experience: This was our first time at V's and I wish I had taken my kids here sooner. They have been getting their hair cut for years at another establishment but V's is very conveniently located to our home, so I decided to give it a try. It was great. The atmosphere is professional but laid back, old timey but fun. We were assigned two stylists at random (one for each of my children) because I did not specify a preference when booking for the first time. They were both great and I really got the impression that any stylist would have done a great job. I didn't see one bad haircut during the time that I was waiting for my kids' cuts to be finished. I paid the same price at V's that I have paid at the other salon, but the quality at V's was so much better.

Fantastic experience: Very nice atmosphere, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the room. Lilah was a great hairdresser, very bubbly and friendly. My son said it was the best haircut he has ever had and wants to return in the future.

Shello is personable, professional, and extremely meticulous when it comes to giving you the haircut you desire. Never a dull moment. We clown too much. From the first visit, Shello took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions to suit my style. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she made sure every aspect of my haircut was perfect. Negative experience: So this place had a high rating for a shave. From out of town I show up go through the whole check in process. Only to be told at the time of the haircut “oh I’m sorry we don’t have barber here that do face shaves”. I mean, I was completely baffled.

Fantastic experience: I usually get an easy haircut, but then again it's surprising how many places can mess it up, or not do that great a job, the barber at V's was awesome (won't say exactly who it was so y'all don't crowd their chair) great attention to detail, razor shave the neck line, friendly and overall great service. Convenient location, cool modern / old school shop. I'll definitely be booking more appointments.

Fantastic experience: My son is in 7th Grade and he got his hair cut by Lilah here for the first time and was pleased with what she did. He took a photo in and she matched it just right. I found out that children’s cuts go up to the summer after 8th grade so that was helpful information to find out. Lilah knows her craft I believe from the results he got with his haircut. Banner got his hair cut a second time here with Chloe. She is good too. She taught my son how to use hair powder and also how to use sea salt spray. Love this place and the decor looks like a tv set. It’s well-done decor which makes the setting relaxing and comfortable.

Positive experience: TC was excellent, understood exactly what I wanted! Go here every 2 months for a good haircut though sometimes fine details get a little missed e.g. around sideburns. Edit - so there's a 7 min appointment timeout policy that isn't documented in the online appointment reminder system. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly in informing and declining me, which wasn't a great experience.
